7 Days Woman of Wisdom Yoga Retreat in Thailand

Yoga Retreat in Koh Yao Noi

Modern woman has become separated from her true and divine nature. By definition, women have the capacity to bring forth intuition and wisdom at a very high conscious level. What makes her different from the male is her womb. The womb is her energy center as well as the center from where she draws her innate intelligence. It is from this space that she creates her identity, her speech, her relationships, her family, and home.

Island Yoga has four types of accommodations to choose from. For the cost conscious traveler, there are dorm beds and private rooms in the budget house. The comfort bungalows are more spacious with a fan, hot shower, and mosquito net while the air-conditioned bungalows add a little more luxury to the retreat experience.

Private occupancy means you have a bungalow or a room to yourself. Some bungalows and rooms have two beds, so it’s possible to share. Island Yoga will do the best to book your first choice of accommodation, but dorms and budget beds usually fill first so don’t take too long to book. Of course, if you book with a friend to share the cost, you will be together.

If you choose a dorm, there is a chance you’ll be sharing the room with other Island Yoga students who are not on your retreat. Island Yoga will do the best to pair up woman of wisdom participants in the same dorm, but it’s not a guarantee.

Magic of Aphrodite

In ancient Greece, Aphrodite, goddess of love and sensuality was famous for her beauty, sexuality, and femininity. She was wearing a magic belt, embracing her waist, made out of precious stones. This belt gifted femininity, health, and attraction to any woman who was wearing it.

This practice teaches you to use the power of Aphrodite how to enter the temple of your beautiful heart and soul. The rituals of Aphrodite magic will guide you to the path of unleashing your potential. This is your own story of restoring your primary woman qualities.

Each day you will create one magical belt. Each belt represents certain emotional and physical level. Each belt requires important work and ritual. All belts will be joined into one main power. Power which will guide you every day of your life.

Please note that you will need to arrive by midday on Friday, August 12, 2016, in order to settle in for the program that starts at 14:00. Your departure is on August 2, 2016. You will be staying at the Nature Lodge for ten nights.

Prerequisites for the course

You are a woman and this is enough! You don't need anything apart from this beautiful fact. All you need is to make a choice, get yourself together and start the journey of transformation. You don't have to read anything, you don't have to prepare yourself. This is a masculine way, mind way. The women need just to gather together in a circle of "sisters" and heal themselves. The power is on your side.

Koh Yao Noi is located in the Phang-Nga bay between Phuket and Krabi. Its remarkable to walk down the main street in the market and see every motor scooter with its key in the ignition!

Plenty of leisure time between the yoga classes allows you to discover the islands customs and culture, adventures, as well as cuisine. You can cruise the spectacular Phang Nga bay, explore the island by bicycle or scooter, take a Thai cookery class, get a massage, or just relax in the hammock.
