The beachfront accommodation is comprised of 12 x 2 bedroom apartments. You can opt for a full apartment for more privacy or can share a room to keep the budget down. The apartments are suitable for families and non-training friends or partners to join the vacation.

Island Fitness Vacations Dominican Republic Yoga Retreat Program

Every day will be different and guests will enjoy a variety of fun classes, hikes, activities, workshops, and more. You are going to be busy because your days will be filled with fun classes, excursions, healthy meals, and workshops. Down time can be spent around the private pool, soaking tired muscles in the hot tub, enjoying your ocean view balcony, or enjoying an optional massage or other therapy.

The week can be as relaxing or as action-filled as you need. Island Fitness Vacations will determine the best program for you after your pre-retreat consultation to ensure you get the right balance of rest, action, fun, and education. You are welcomed to participate in as many or as few activities as you like. Your retreat can be a yoga and relaxation week, a boot camp, or a detox.

Typical daily schedule

Sunrise session (07:30)

Early risers can enjoy an optional meditation session as the sun rises and set the intention for the day. Those that prefer to sleep are welcome to stay in bed.

Morning hike or run (08:15)

Enjoy the calm and coolness of the morning with a guided group run or an invigorating hike.

Breakfast time (09:15)

Enjoy a healthy scrumptious breakfast to fuel up for the day ahead.

Training session (10:00)

It is workout time. Your first session might be circuits, abs, boxercise, or 3D training.

Lunch and relax break (12:00)

Take a break, enjoy a healthy lunch, and chill around the pool or hang out on your balcony.

Get motivated (14:00)

It's time to get active again. This time, you are doing an interval training. Get ready to sweat those pounds away in a fun class.

Burn baby burn (15:30)

You must be tired by now. This is your last big session of the day. Just think about all those calories burned and the inches you are losing. Your last session is likely to be a game session, getting back to those school days when running around used to be fun.

Stretch it out (17:00)

Relax your tired muscles with some yoga and stretching to unwind from the day.

Refuel and relax (19:30)

Enjoy a well-deserved dinner, find time to read, have a massage, go to bed early, or just relax in the lounge.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP), Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL), or Las Américas International Airport (SDQ).

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 58 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
