During this retreat, you will stay in a typical house, a very peculiar traditional architecture Portuguese house. This is a simple style house but very cozy with one room, living room, kitchen, toilet, terrace, and garden.
Program
Earth walks are a participatory way of sharing nature - a sensory and visceral exploration of the place. It is a serious educational and interpretive response to your increasing separation from this planet's natural systems and communities. It is an aid for repairing that relationship enjoyably. They want to make a step on the path of ecological understanding and feeling.

Life orientation guidance
This session will introduce you to new perceptions of your life. Through this intuitive reading, you will attract wonderful feelings and many unexpected returns that can powerfully transform and bring about positive change in every aspect of your life. You will go through all areas of your life - you will work together on how to empower yourself and unblock any pattern. This session will help you to find out about your true skills and how to use them in your daily life.
Included excursions
You will experience two Earth walks along the beach with grade two to three: gentle to moderate walks.
Instructors
Noelia Marreiros
Noelia Marreiros is a certified yoga educator, certified macrobiotic cook, and has a lot of experience performing vegetarian, vegan, and raw food workshops. She is Portuguese and has been the owner and co-founder of two yoga centers in Portugal. In the last ten years, she has collaborated in several yoga and meditation retreats, yoga detox programs, and yoga retreats for children. She is also involved in the Organic Life Project - Portugal Retreats.
Claudia Valentim
Claudia is a Reiki master and teacher, an outdoor educator, and a master practitioner of aura reading and rose meditation. Her specialty is in weaving the different elements of being holistically. She brings her skills and experience to the practical integration, both of wilderness school and Reiki precepts.
Chaym Feldman
AGRO - ECOLOGIST HERBALIST DAOIST Born in Israel and practicing intensive Eco-gardening and rustic Herbalism since 2002. Graduated in the Tel Aviv University, the AIES, and in the Faculty of Plants sciences in Rehovol, Israel. Teaching children and adults in school gardens and working with Palestinian farmers in peace garden Projects. Now living with his famils in Portugal, teaching Agriculture.
Retreat location
This venue is located in a national park and very close to Arrifana Beach. There is a new supermarket within walking distance too.
