A stay between sea, relaxation, and fun in one of the most beautiful itineraries in the world, sea, sun, good food, but also nature and breathtaking views. INTERSAILCLUB GMBH has different models of catamarans for the sailing yoga cruise. As a general rule, they are catamarans with four cabins and wide spaces to be able to do yoga classes on board, with all the comforts to make your vacation unforgettable. During this vacation, you will sleep in a shared cabin with a private bathroom.


Sailing for the Maddalena archipelago was declared a national park in 1994 and is certainly one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of Sardinia. Departing from Portisco, you will sail between the archipelago of La Maddalena and southern Corsica. Navigation allows you to reach and visit some of these islands including Spargi, Budelli, Razzoli S.Maria, and Caprera. A journey between wild nature and history. The south of Corsica with the beautiful beaches of Bonifacio is the islands of Cavallo and Lavezzi.

You will discover places reachable only by sea, unique sunsets where the horizon extends as far as the eye can see. In this itinerary, halfway through the weekly trip, there will be a stop at the Port of Bonifacio to admire the beauty of the perched citadel, which from its 70 meters in height gives the sea a unique setting. In the old and most characteristic part, you get lost in intertwined alleys, savoring its history and enjoying a breathtaking view. The itinerary is also subject to change based on the weather conditions and timing.

Yoga and meditation

Enjoy a relaxing and energetic daily yoga activity. A professional teacher will guide you on a path suitable for everyone. From waking up in the morning to the greeting of the sun, you can practice yoga and meditation. The sailing yoga vacation is an excellent way to start yoga. No previous experience is required. The program provides instruction for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Day 1: Boarding in Portisco and sail to Caprera island

Meeting with the crew and the other participants at 3:30 p.m. Accommodation on board at 5:00 p.m. after the briefing and food provisioning. Set sails to Caprera island to Cala Coticcio (also named Tahiti beach) where you will spend your first night getting acquainted and enjoying one of the best beaches in the Maddalena archipelago.

Day 2: Budelli - Razzoli - Lavezzi

  • Holistic activity: Pranayama and Hatha yoga on board, breakfast, and navigation to Budelli and Razzoli islands

This day, you will reach the most famous beach in all of Sardina the Mitic Budelli and her famous pink sand beaches, which owes her beautiful colors to thousands upon thousands of crushed corals, the vibrancy of this panorama united with the shades of the granite rocks emerging from the turquoise sea make this place one of the most breathtaking in the whole world.

Lunch on board and in the afternoon, set sails to Lavezzi island, a beautiful sailing through the Archipelago of Maddalena, the Strait of Bonifacio, and Lavezzi. In their opinion, this is the most beautiful island in the world. Crystal clear waters, deserted in the inland and wild with granite rocks to climb and a small legendary cemetery, recalling the story of a famous shipwreck.

Day 3: Lavezzi - Rondinara Bay (west Corsica)

Breakfast and navigation between two promontories covered with Mediterranean scrub, this small bay is one of the most photographed places in Corsica, Rondinara Bay. White sand, crystal clear and turquoise waters, the bay has several beaches inside, on the largest one, and also accessible from the road. There is a single restaurant available that prepares typical French breakfasts with fragrant croissants. Sunset holistic activity session in a hidden beach reachable walking a beautiful path. Dinner or aperitif in the only local restaurant on the beach. Overnight.

Day 4: Rondinara Bay - Porto Vecchio

  • Holistic activity: Hatha yoga, breakfast

Navigation to the old town center of Porto Vecchio is one of Corsica’s most popular, thanks to its characterful maze of streets, its piazzas, its restaurants, bars, and boutiques, its street market, its charming atmosphere, and its views. For students of history and architecture, there are some interesting sites to visit, including the Bastion de France (in reality there are five bastions but three are private and one is in ruins), Place de la République (once the Roman heart of town), Porte Genoise (the town’s original gate) and the 16th-century citadel.

Along with this navigation, you will stop in one of the beautiful bays for swimming and have lunch. Overnight in the marina of Porto Vecchio enjoying local life and restaurants.

Day 5: Porto Vecchio - Isola Piana

Navigation in the very early morning while you can continue sleeping. You will stop in Santa Giulia Bay or Porto Novo Bay for swimming. Set sail just after lunch toward Isola Piana, a pedestrian passage in the middle of the sea, at low tide you can reach Punta Sperone on foot, right under the golf course, unique colors of the sea from do not lose. Dinner on board.

Day 6: Isola Piana - La Maddalena

  • Holistic activity: Pranayama and Hatha yoga, breakfast, and navigation back to the Maddalena Archipelago.

La Maddalena Port, the capital of the Archipelago, is a small town where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. The island is dotted with numerous beaches: Spalmatore, northeast, where you can stay at the buoy; Frenchman's Cove, a sheltered mooring, just behind Cala Gavetta; or Porto Massimo, in the northern part of the island.

Day 7: Maddalena Archipelago - Spargi - Portisco

Sail early morning to Spargi Island and wake up in front of the beach for holistic activity (pranayama and Hatha yoga and breakfast). Among the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago, there is an uncontaminated paradise of genuine beauty, with sandy beaches that are perfect for relaxation and a wild aspect thanks to its rocky coasts you can admire from the sea. Navigation back to Portisco base, overnight in the marina and disembark within 9:00 a.m. The itinerary is always subject to change for the weather conditions or other factors.
