The Krabi, Thailand Fitness Escape is designed to give you the ultimate fitness holiday experience. Set in a remote province just south of Krabi, it will give you a week you will never forget! Your week will consist of daily fitness activities, group challenges, day spa treatment, and absolutely breathtaking views over the Andaman Sea. The trip caters for the whole family, with a fully functional kids club on site for your children while you are doing activities.

You will be staying in a private and exclusive resort in the Si Kao Province of Krabi, Thailand, where you are entitled to use the spa facilities and other wellness amenities. You can also dive in the beach and pools because they are included in the program.

Day 1

The first day will commence with a short three-hour drive from Phuket to the exclusive resort in the Si Kao Province of Krabi. Upon arrival, you will have a welcome dinner followed by an introduction and briefing about what will happen for the week.

Day 2

Your second day will begin with a bootcamp session early morning at one of the training locations. After training, you will have the chance to relax after a couple of days traveling or make use of the day spa facilities, water sports, or pools. Around 4:00 p.m., you will have a beach or pool session followed by dinner.

Day 3

Third day will again begin with a bootcamp session early morning in the training location. After training, you will have a small window for breakfast before embarking on an action-packed day conducting the exclusive castaways challenge. Once this challenge is completed, you will have free time until 4:00 p.m. at which a pool workout will be conducted.

Day 4

The fourth day will begin, as usual, with a bootcamp session in the morning. After training, you will have free time until 9:00 a.m. when the International Fitness Holidays team will conduct a yoga session. Throughout the rest of the day, you will have access to water sports and free time. A 60-minute massage will be scheduled in for you, followed by a kickboxing session around four in the afternoon.

Day 5

Fifth day will begin with a bootcamp session followed by a short window for breakfast before we depart for a day of island tours. The tour will finish by midafternoon, and another fitness session will be held at 4:00 p.m.

Day 6

Your sixth day will begin with a bootcamp session early morning. After which, you will have a healthy breakfast before a 9:00 a.m. yoga class.

The rest of the day is free time for use of the resort’s facilities with a scheduled 60-minute spa treatment. To finish off the day, there will be another pool session and a goodbye dinner.

Day 7

For the last day, it will begin with a group cardio session along the beach to wind down before your departure and transfer to continue on your journey home.

The price of this retreat includes a day of island tours.

    Leroy Faure is the founder of International Fitness Holidays who also works as a head trainer or guide. He is also the owner of Bootcamp Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Leroy’s passion for health, fitness and travel was how the business was developed and he has continued to take the business from strength to strength from a single trip to Bali in 2012 to over 15 trips planned in the next 12 months.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Phuket International Airport (HKT). Transfer from and to the airport is included. International Fitness Holidays will pick you up from the airport.
