How the retreat works

Over the course of 7 consecutive days, you’ll join in with a live group (Zoom) for sun salutation training (or catch the daily replay).

Timing of sessions / daily schedule (GMT-4)

The sessions are available from Monday to Sunday, all the first week of each month. The session starts at 7:30 a.m., Eastern Time Zone.

Retreat information

Each day, you'll explore mini foundational teaching, then get into our bodies to practice and flow together. At the end of the week, you’ll have the opportunity to send Natalie your sun salutation flow, for her to give you customized adjustment or feedback. Plus, you’ll have the educational content to refer back to anytime

This yoga course is held online. Integrated Form is based in New York, USA, Eastern Time Zone (GMT-4) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
