The only thing constant in life is change, and this program will help embed a sense of being fluid and motivated for positive forward change, at a subconscious level, with acceptance and compassion for yourself and others around you.

Inspire and Rewire Autumn Yoga Retreat Program

Autumn is the season for preparing for the new; as your roots hold your trunk firmly in the nutritious earth, you allow your leaves to fall - that which you do not need any more. A beautiful time of colour blends into a canvas of orange, greens, reds and yellows to complement this change.

You can prepare your mind and body for the season by optimizing the remaining sunshine energy, standing strong and proud, and fueling yourself with nutrition for the mind, body, and soul. You will be looking at how to achieve your balance in this autumn themed retreat.

Inspire and Rewire believes in choice and options for your happiness and freedowm, so you can opt out of any of the program should you wish to enjoy your quiet time alone, yet there will also be segments allowing for that time. You do not need to be an experienced yogi to join; the sessions will focus on a meditative flow to help release body, mind, and soul from attachments. If you are more experienced yogi, there will be options for you to challenge even further.

There will be a daily meditation and yoga (twice a day - morning energiser and evening restorative slow for sleeping) with a singing bowl and sound healing session. In addition to that, there will be some activities that you can opt in or out such as hiking, walking, and a walking meditation.
