Excursion 1: walking tour to the observation deck of Yaremche and trek to the shore of a mountain river

You will visit a very beautiful glade on one of the mountains, with a wonderful view of the entire Yaremche town. Then, you will take a walk on the shore of the mountain river Prut.

The torrents of the Prut River, which find their way through the stones, create an unforgettable show, which you can watch from a small footbridge that crosses the river. Above the river rise amazing cliffs. There are cozy pavilions on the river bank where you can eat and drink tea while enjoying the beauty of the landscape. This excursion lasts from two to three hours.

Excursion 2: bathing in a hot vat with healing herbs

Bathing in a hot vat is a surprisingly pleasant and exotic water treatment. It is related to spa treatments and is very useful for all body systems. A hot vat is a big pot in the form of the cauldron, made of steel or cast iron; it stands at the same size as the furnace, which is stoked beech or oak wood. It heats up the water to temperatures up to 42 degrees Celsius, but the ideal temperature of the water is 40 degrees Celsius.

While bathing in the vat you will forget about the stress and stimulate your cardiovascular system and kidneys. Bathing in a vat can relieve the pain of rheumatism and normalize metabolism. Doctors noticed that the regular attendance to a tank greatly reduces the risk of colds. Due to the high temperature of 42 degrees Celsius, toxins come out of the pores, the skin becomes smooth and elastic, and extra weight is welded in front.

Furthermore, the hot vat improves the nervous system, the cardiovascular system, and increases libido in both males and females. These three factors have contributed to increasing the body's potential. Bathing in the vat will not only give you a huge amount of positive feelings and physical health, but it will also cure many diseases thanks to the infusion of medicinal herbs. Benefits can be noticed after a swim and a course of several baths.

The hot vat brings a sense of inclusion to the body, which feels like a pleasant mild or severe tingling or pricking of the whole body by millions of needles. The inclusion is instantaneous and each entry into the vat increases and brings people to a state of almost complete bliss. After the hot vat, you can cool off in cold water, which is much nicer and faster than air.

Excursion 3: Probiy waterfall and souvenir market

Yaremche’s unique architecture can be admired all year round. Here, you will find many interesting churches, monasteries, and landmarks in the town; however, the town’s main attraction is the Probiy waterfall.

Probiy waterfall is certainly not the highest, as it is only eight meters or 26 feet high, but it is the most powerful and picturesque waterfall in all the Ukrainian Carpathians. It is also very popular among tourists because of its power and beauty.

Not far from the waterfall lies a well-known souvenir market, which has already become one of Yaremche’s most popular attractions. You can buy original handicrafts of local craftsmen and, at the same time, get acquainted with the distinctive Guzul culture. This excursion lasts from three to three hours and 30 minutes.

Excursion 4: walking tour of the Dovbush path and Rocks and conquest of the Makovytsya mountain

The adventure will begin from the Dovbush Path, which leads to the Dovbush Rocks. It is an awe-inspiring mound of boulders whose peak is 80 meters, 260 feet, high. It was created 70 million years ago at the bottom of a sea and it truly resembles a fictional marine creature in its fanciful shape. A mysterious cave hides in the rocks, where, legends say, a band of local bounty hunters used to hide.

The leader of these Carpathian militiamen, called oprishki in Ukranian, was Oleksa Dovbush, for whom the rocks were eventually named. This wonderful place attracts not only curious travelers, but also hikers and rock climbers.

Next, you will go up to the mountain Makovytsya, which is one of the peaks of the Ukrainian Carpathians, its height of 978 meters. If you have not climbed mountains before, do not worry, going up to mountain will not be difficult; however, this walking tour will definitely give you a lot of unforgettable moments and impressions. The tour is divided into three stages of difficulty. This walking tour lasts between two and five hours.

Excursion 5: bus tour to Huk waterfall and Bukovel ski resort

A comfortable shuttle bus will take you to one of the highest and most spectacular waterfalls, which falls from the height of 15 meters. During the tour, the guide will share a lot of interesting information about the Carpathians, especially the Gutsul's life, myths, and legends, which Ukrainian mountains are famous for.

Huk waterfall is located in a conservation area. During your stay, you will be able to contemplate the waterfall from two different observation decks, have a walk along the Zhenets stream, which forms the waterfall, and have an afternoon tea or coffee in the cozy gazebos on the river bank. Those group members who wish to, will be able to make a flight on the bungee across the Zhenets stream.

The next stop is Bukovel ski resort. You will have the opportunity to go up to the top of the mountain by the ski lift. There, from a bird's eye view, you will enjoy the unforgettable views of Carpathian mountains and landscapes.

You will also visit the Youth Lake, which was artificially created in 2013 and is now a favorite holiday destination among tourists. At the lake you can relax on a sun lounger, sunbathe, and swim in the crystal clear water. This excursion has a length between five and six hours.

"I took the tour from August 21 to August 24. If you love movement and you need the air, this is just for you. Believe me, it is very easy to relax in the company of strangers, you do not need to justify anyone's expectations or play the usual social roles, you just need to be yourself. Yes, if you need time for silence, this is definitely the place. There will be enough time for this in the classroom and in the campaigns. I have a compliment about the treks and excursions, they are long enough to be tiring and moderately difficult, but even a child could make them, there were two boys around nine or 11 years old. A compliment for yoga, Olga always gives three levels of difficulty for the asanas. Therefore, people with different levels of training can work on forces. And yes, yoga in the lake early in the morning is a delight! Air, peace, and quiet, and two hours for the drug to be absorbed into the blood. After three days of these sessions, you suddenly realize that you do not need nervine. Finally, a compliment for Olga Rimskaya: she seems to love what she does and those for whom she does it because without love nothing works. And yes, thanks to all my fellow travelers for these random four days, you made it easy. It was beautiful. The Carpathians are worthy of recognition, no matter what are you going to do there!"

"Good day to everyone who will read this. Yesterday, I came back from Yaremche, where there was a yoga inspiration tour. I learned about it from the internet and I dared to go knowing very little about yoga. The wonderful Olenka is an upscale yoga teacher. I was able to fall in love with the exercises and, today, I am happy to further develop my skills. I liked everything about the classes, Olga shows asanas in levels, I remained almost always in the first level because it felt good. I am glad I got to do this! The atmosphere in the classroom was calm and inspiring. I think that the main reason was Olga's energy. I was also able to climb the Makovytsya Mountain. The teacher was very responsible, everything was clear and in order. She was always skillful, available, simple, and easy to explain everything new; not everyone can do this and Olga can! She also had time to talk to everyone, smile, and support. From it comes a calmness, warmth, love, and attention! I am happy that I met Oli on my way. I was able to relax at all times. I do not even really believe that my thoughts are different now; the unnecessary ones have flown away. That is what it means to listen to Olga. I think that yoga will be good for me because I saw it in the beautiful people who were there with me! I recommend this tour to everyone without exception. Olga, I embrace you and thank you!"

"Inspiration and self-development; the two are closely linked. To achieve new heights you need to grow and to learn something new and interesting. Where to find inspiration? What is its source? These questions are of interest to many like-minded people. In my search, I came across a yoga tour from Inspiration Yoga Tours. I will be corny but brief: Olga, thank you for the wonderful organization and mood! It was magic and it will be even better! I recommend tours from the inspiration series for beginners, as well as for experienced practitioners. I made the choice and we will meet again, without a doubt!"

"From the first minute I put on the child mask of the child, as Oli recommended, I spent all four rounds of the day in joyful amazement and enjoyment from everything around me, especially the unique nature of the Carpathians, the comfortable complex of Arnica, and, of course, the good company, which is always included in Olina tours. Fairytale and magic, these are two words that I can use to describe everything that I saw and felt during this short but intense time! In a conventional one-hour tour it is impossible to feel the incredible energy of Synevir Lake. We are very fortunate that we were able to get around the lake to look at it from all sides and even from the bird's-eye view. We also got to breathe it in during morning yoga classes! I highly recommend everyone to take this tour and be filled with incredible experiences!"

"A random search on the internet for yoga tours and May holidays brought me to meet wonderful people. Olga is a great organizer, a wonderful woman, and a sympathetic person. When my friends asked if I had had a great time, I answered with two words: dolled up! If you want an unusual way to change your partner, to meet new and interesting people, and to spend a few days with your body and soul, then you definitely need to take an inspiration tour. I recommend this a 1000%. Accidents are not accidental!"

"I am delighted with the trip to Yaremche. Although I prefer to travel independently, this trip was pleasantly surprising with the excellent organization and the atmosphere. It was well-thought out to the smallest detail. Olechka is a wonderful coach and yoga classes were held in the same breath. The free time from yoga was well organized, we had interesting excursions, hiking, bathing in tubs, and spa. All painted by the minute. For me, it is very important that I have met wonderful people who share a love of yoga. I recommend this tour to everyone. You will get a lot of positive emotions. I hope that I get to repeat this adventure with Olga Rimskaya!"

"I enjoyed this tour very much, it had a rich program and it was held in a very beautiful place, with the rich nature of the Carpathian Mountains' charms. The organization of the tour was wonderful, thank you to the organizer. I liked the climb to the observation deck in the city of Yaremche and Makovytsya. The landscapes that are opened from these heights are fascinating, I want to go back to these places again and again. And the noise of the mountain river calms you down and takes all the problems to somewhere very far away. These trips enrich life and make it possible to get out of the everyday life, stop for a moment to be with them, and hear yourself. I recommend this experience to everyone!"

"I am very glad that I chose this tour. It had everything: the wonderful, fantastic, mystical atmosphere of the Ukrainian Carpathians, sightseeing tours, and yoga classes in the open air suitable for beginners and experienced students. Thanks to the organizers. You thought about everything so that we would have the time to enjoy and appreciate every minute and get pleasure from what is happening here and now, without thinking about yesterday or tomorrow. The choice of the hotel was very good, it was located in the middle of the beautiful nature and created an atmosphere of comfort and privacy. At the same time, there are a number of other hotels whose infrastructure can be used, such as swimming pool or spa. This is a new experience with new emotions! I think, on this tour, everyone will find something for themselves. The rest is sufficiently active but not extreme. Each excursion, in its own way, reveals the infinite beauty of the Carpathians. It is difficult to describe with words, it should be easy to see. After a day of long walks, you can always expect pleasant relaxing treatments in the evening. I recommend this tour to everyone. I know I want to repeat it myself!"
