The torrents of the Prut River, which find their way through the stones, create an unforgettable show, which you can watch from a small footbridge that crosses the river. Bathing in a hot vat is a surprisingly pleasant and exotic water treatment. It is related to spa treatments and is very useful for all body systems. A hot vat is a big pot in the form of the cauldron, made of steel or cast iron; it stands at the same size as the furnace, which is stoked beech or oak wood. It heats up the water to temperatures up to 42 degrees Celsius, but the ideal temperature of the water is 40 degrees Celsius.
While bathing in the vat you will forget about the stress and stimulate your cardiovascular system and kidneys. Bathing in a vat can relieve the pain of rheumatism and normalize metabolism. Doctors noticed that the regular attendance to a tank greatly reduces the risk of colds. Due to the high temperature of 42 degrees Celsius, toxins come out of the pores, the skin becomes smooth and elastic, and extra weight is welded in front.
Furthermore, the hot vat improves the nervous system, the cardiovascular system, and increases libido in both males and females. These three factors have contributed to increasing the body's potential. Bathing in the vat will not only give you a huge amount of positive feelings and physical health, but it will also cure many diseases thanks to the infusion of medicinal herbs. Benefits can be noticed after a swim and a course of several baths.
The hot vat brings a sense of inclusion to the body, which feels like a pleasant mild or severe tingling or pricking of the whole body by millions of needles. The inclusion is instantaneous and each entry into the vat increases and brings people to a state of almost complete bliss. After the hot vat, you can cool off in cold water, which is much nicer and faster than air.
