Stephanie Moody is the founder of Innersmile Yoga and is experienced in yoga, meditation, and breathwork workshops, studies, and intensive retreats - learning from many wonderful wise and experienced senior teachers and masters. Studies and styles of yoga include Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Hatha or Tantra yoga, classical yoga, Restorative yoga, and Therapeutic yoga. Stephanie is a qualified yoga therapist. Having experienced yoga as a path for profound transformation, Stephanie and a deeper and richer uncovering of your amazing spiritual self, your authentic nature.

"Slow down ‚Tune in, Let Go and Embrace your Full Potential" Nadia is passionate about the profound journey of yoga that creates a pathway back to your body, mind and spirit and allows you to reconnect with your true essence finding inner peace a harmony. Nadia found yoga when she was burnt out physically and emotionally from a busy career in the film industry. After one class at Dharma Shala Bondi, she was intriguedby how amazing it made her feel physically and emotionally and a few years later her curiosity led her to study Yoga teacher training in 2010 while living in Melbourne.
