You will stay in a private ensuite room or share a twin room with your friend or another participant with shared bathrooms. The choice is yours, and the getaway will be tailored and priced to suit your needs.

Program

Take the time and space to “let go” of the weight of the world and any pain from the past and worry about the future. Learn to live in the “NOW.” Re-ignite your inner light, boost your batteries, and build long-lasting positive change. Like a lotus flower, you, too, can rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world.

Experience physical, emotional, and energetic healing through all the modalities offered. You can do as little or as much as you like, build connections with like-minded people, or enjoy the solitude on your own. Within you, there is a stillness and sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.

Intention

Daily yoga, meditations, breathwork, delicious nourishing wholesome food, nature walks, educational workshops, Reiki and energy healing, cacao and fire meditations, singing bowls, and optional extras including aqua aerobics, mineral pool, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, massages, facials, and wine tasting, all tailored to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

The schedule is flexible, all sessions are optional, and it is designed to maximize your retreat experience while allowing free time to enjoy.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Sydney Airport (SYD). You can travel by car, or catch a train to Maitland or Cessnock and get an Uber to the retreat venue.

From Newcastle Airport, a hired car or Uber can also be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
