Jamie is the founder of the Inner MAP Project, a program that promotes Mindfulness, physical Activity, and Presence (MAP) in the hopes of creating mental wellness for all. She is passionate about helping students find the mind-body connection both on and off their mat. Jamie has been teaching yoga since 2007 and is certified in vinyasa flow, yin, yoga fit, and yoga sculpt. Jamie has a master’s degree in school counseling, a master’s degree in secondary education and holds a 500-RYT certification with Yoga Alliance.
