Joanne De Rosa
Jo De Rosa started her business, Inner Guidance, in 2001 and has been teaching meditation and yoga in Thailand and UK since then. Besides retreats, she offers classes in group and one-to-one settings. Jo has a huge amount of experience and knowledge to share with you and will be on hand to talk to throughout the retreats.
Dominic De Rosa
Together with Jo, Dominic loves to share the knowledge of finding true happiness with you. He is a "clean" chef who will serve the food and be the presenter of the clean cooking workshop.
Carol is a qualified massage therapist and reflexologist, but healing is her passion. She is a Reiki master, spiritual healer, and channels quantum healing. Carol works intuitively and knows exactly what treatment you need, even if you don’t. When people come on retreat at Inner Guidance, they think they need a massage, but actually what most people need is healing. When you hold tension in your body it usually stems from an emotional issue. Receiving healing helps your body release any negativity you have been holding onto, very often from a past trauma or experience.
Anni is passionate about optimum health. Consequently, she can help if you are in some kind of physical pain by applying biodynamic massage methods (working on the physical level). Equally, if you are anxious, depressed, or suffering mental, emotional, or spiritual distress, she employs talking therapy. At Inner Guidance, she can offer you an opportunity to experience yourself through the biodynamic methods. She is also a meditation and mindfulness teacher, so she mixes it up, and decides together what works best for you.

"Mini retreat "
Eve and myself stayed for two nights along with Lauren who had travelled to the retreat alone. I won’t speak for others but can honestly say I had a wonderful time. Whilst I enjoyed the classes, food and accommodation I have to mention that I felt the experience was enhanced by the people we met Dom’s father is a lovely gent who chatted and told us stories of his life experiences. Some of the other ladies who I met as a result of them attending classes and due to one working part time at the retreat were really inspiring. As a vegan the trip has helped me to identify the amount of vegan junk food I’m consuming and to try and eat cleaner (wish Dom would hurry up with his cook book 🤣). The staff were lovely and even when the gardener was clearly busy he would give a little wave. I loved the hot tub, i would advise people not to try and ride stripes the unicorn in the pool during windy times as I thought we were going to blow away. I will definitely do other retreats after this one. I would like to wish Jo, Dom, Paul and everyone else we met all the very best for the future. Despite a large bottle of Pepsi max in the fridge, I drank water when I got home xx

"Super relaxing retreat "
Jo and Dom De Rosa are warm welcoming people. The house and grounds are beautiful. We totally relaxed and came home feeling invigorated. Our teenagers relaxed too which was great before exams start.
