Some of the fully guided adventures there offered are horseback riding to Caracol or Xunantunich - both famous Mayan Ruins and they will drive us back if we prefer, floating on tubes through cave systems, exploring the Rio On parks with waterfalls and natural pools for a swim with a picnic lunch provided and a stop at a Butterfly Ranch, canoeing in the huge Bartons Cave, learning about mayan traditional medicine with a local shaman walking through gardens and more! One of the highlights for fit people in our group is the Actun Tunichil Muknal or Cave of the Crystal Sepulchre or “ATM” as known locally, is the most impressive Mayan Burial site in Western Belize.

On March 20th and 21st we have a 2 hour transfer by van over to Guatemala to stay at the Tikal Inn which is right on the grounds of the must see TIKAL Mayan City, a world heritage site. We will have lunch and dinner ( on our own dime ) at the hotel, swim and do some yoga and watsu in the lovely pool and then have to rise early to see the sunrise over Tikal the next morning and will have a brief guided ceremony, a meditation and light yoga practice in front of the famous pyramid there. Entrance fee to Tikal included as well as breakfast included on the 21st.

On March 21st, after breakfast, you will have a van transfer us to Dangriga, then a short fun boat ride to a little island surrounded by barrier reef called South Water Caye.
