This Ayurveda and yoga retreat is a qualified 30-hour Yoga Alliance certified course designed for yoga teachers and those interested in Ayurveda to deepen their knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga as therapy and medicine. You will go beyond the basics of Ayurveda, doshas, and five elements. You will discover dhatus, ojas, tejas, and prana from the point of view of Ayurveda and how they are interconnected and create a state of wellness or illness in a human body.
You will be staying in stylish, small, seaside boutique hotel. The accommodation options are on shared double and private room occupancy basis.
After successful completion of this course, you will receive 30-hour holistic studies certificates (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education).
During this retreat, you will learn Ayurvedic dietetics and basic pulse taking techniques for you and your clients to help yourself and them to maintain a state of physical and emotional harmony. This is a course full of practical and applicable knowledge. You will also learn how to adapt yoga practices to individuals based on their Ayurvedic type and their physical and mental unique state of being. Additional consultations will be offered for an additional price of 50 EUR per hour.
Every morning, you will start with a yoga session in a breathtaking location by the beach. Then, you will shower and have breakfast in the garden of a boutique hotel.
Study, workshops, and enjoy lunch on a beautiful garden terrace of the teacher's home, as well as Ayurvedic cooking classes and organic vegetarian lunch in the teacher's home. The afternoons are free to relax and restore. After a relaxing day, enjoy evening yoga sessions by the beach or in the garden.

Here you will learn that yoga is a philosophy of life rather then a physical exercise. You will learn how to minimize your stress with simple breathing techniques and how to bring your heart in the state of coherence. In the state of coherence, your body functions optimally, the way it is designed to function when your mind is not in the way.
You will have so much fun discovering the magical world of Ayurvedic cooking and spices. You will learn about how your body and food are connected and made of the same matter. You will have fun preparing delicious Ayurvedic meals and sharing them on the patio while sharing your life stories.
This retreat includes a trip to the old town of Estepona to enjoy coffee, tea, or fresh orange juice on one of the Estepona squares.

As founder of inHarmony.Yoga, Antonina's goal is to inspire people around the world to live their healthiest lives by making informed choices based on the intimate knowledge of their minds, bodies, and the environment. She is a Yoga Alliance certified 500-hour E-RYT experienced senior yoga teacher, a IAYT certified yoga therapist. Antonina is also certified in Ayurveda, Hypnotherapy, Shamanic healing, and energy medicine (a Jin Shin Jyutsu Acupressure practitioner). She is also a spiritual teacher and a health coach.
This yoga retreat will take place on the coast of sunshine, seaside area between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara.
You will be served a daily detoxifying vegetarian breakfast and an Ayurvedic lunch. In the evening, you may eat at the hotel or at one of the local beach restaurants.
Before and after the retreat you can explore the coast and its multiple beautiful seaside and mountain locations. They will help you with your arrangements if you'd like. You can take a nice walk along Estepona beach, visit the cute town of Estepona (also known as the town of flowers), have a cup of coffee, or enjoy fresh orange juice on the old Estepona Plaza. Spa treatments and additional holistic therapies, coaching, and yoga sessions are available at an additional cost of 70 EUR per session.

From Malaga bus station or airport, you can take an Avanza bus to Marbella, San Pedro, or Estepona (10 EUR). They will pick you up in Estepona or San Pedro de Alcantara bus station.
A taxi ride from Malaga Airport (AGP) costs approximately 80 EUR and there are multiple shuttle companies easily found online that are 50% cheaper than a taxi ride.
There is a two and a half hour train from Madrid to Malaga. Estepona is located an hour away from Malaga.
