These spacious rooms are furnished with great care for every single detail. Almost all of them are equipped with wood floors. They can accommodate up to three guests, which makes them a perfect solution for families with a child.
Most of the 14 single rooms of Hotel Serena are beautiful and fully refurbished superior ones. The rustic-style interiors are characterized by light wood furniture, carpeted or parquet floors, and really nice ensuite bathrooms.
This retreat will allow you to reconnect with nature and yourself deeply, and you'll feel refreshed, updated, and inspired. It’s happening, and Inflow Yoga would love for you to be a part of it. For them the Dolomites are a second house. They have lived there for 11 years. They love Hotel Serena and people there are friends and beautiful persons. One of their dreams was to offer a combination of trekking and yoga retreat. And now, together with Alice, an international mountain leader, UIMLA certificated, and living in Dolomites, they offer this amazing combination.
With Paula, it is a constantly changing flow, wherein you will immerse yourself, passing from outdoor meditation to the yoga Vinyasa of Shiva flow, to the firmness of Yin yoga, and to the relaxing sound of bells. With the gaze of nature surrounding you, you will experience a true inner ritual shared with the environment.
This holiday offers an integrated approach to the practice of yoga, which harmonizes different styles and techniques from a physical, psycho-emotional, and meditative-spiritual point of view and keeps the person at the center, trying to find a connection with the nature around them and with the people whom they will practice with.
In the morning there will be 30 minutes of pranayama and Hatha flow yoga or Yoga Vinyasa practices in combination with Yin yoga. The focus of this lesson will be to balance and regenerate the body for the next day. It will give the body the possibility to be ready for the day ahead.
Participants are going to do different experiences like pranayama (breathing exercises) and mudra sessions, hatha flow yoga practice, moving and silent meditations and be in connection with the environment.
The general program is very elastic about the weather conditions and the group.
A holiday in Alta Badia is always full of unique moments and strong emotions. There, you can admire the sunset while playing with the fiery colors of Enrosadira among the peaks of the Dolomites. You can also explore the mighty Puez-Odle massif or the legendary kingdom of Fanes with its furrowed fields, grottos, and other karst traces. Or, you can follow in the tracks of ancient sagas that reveal, in a fancy and naïve way, the wonders of nature.
There are lots of other incredible adventures waiting for you in the Dolomites of Alta Badia and of the neighboring valleys, such as Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, the Valley of Ampezzo (Val d'Ampezzo), the Valley of Livinallongo or Fodom, and the Puster Valley (Val Pusteria).
Every day, the group will have a different excursion, and together with the Mountain Guide, Inflow Yoga has created a special program. With different views and experiences, the choice of routes is designed for people with no or little experience. But, Inflow Yoga will decide the routes depending on the group. It is important to them that they create harmony with the group and the environment.
Maria Paula Medina is a certified 250-hour yoga teacher and she's going to lead this yoga retreat. Yoga has formed part of her life from the age of 19, and from there, she devoted many hours of study and practice in Argentina, Europe, and India for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Today, she organizes Hatha flow yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes, and carries out in-depth groups for the development of personal practice, yoga holidays, and retreats in the Dolomites, Greece, Spain, and Croatia. She loves outdoor practice, in contact with nature.

It is a great opportunity to taste rustic bales (dumplings) and crispy turtes (fried pasta pockets with different fillings), succulent goulash and appetizing polenta, delicious spätzle, and lots of other tasty treats, accompanied by a rich selection of starters, salads, farm cheeses, and homemade desserts. All these delicacies are often served directly in the kitchen, as a "buffet from the stoves."
There in Chef Karl's taste lab, he will be your guide in this tour across the world of Ladin flavors, helping you with advice and explanations. To complete this unique experience, enjoy the melodious sounds of live music, while the bravest among the guests can even try to play one of the typical Tyrolean instruments called the "devil's violin" (Teufelsgeige).
