In the wonderful Maremma, enjoy a revitalizing relaxing journey together with Paula and Erico. In a quiet environment in the middle of the countryside, Paula customized a private or small group yoga retreats with optional guided outdoor or cultural activities. She will prepare a specific yoga and food program tailored to your needs. She is an expert guide who accompanies you from your starting point to achieving your goals. Immersed in the Maremma countryside around Capalbio a few kilometers from the sea. The structure that hosts you consists of an apartment with six bedrooms, each with its own independent bathroom. The area of Capalbio "pearl of the Maremma". You will be accommodated in a private room.
Yellow bedroom - room with double bed or two single beds, private bathroom with hairdryer, wifi, air conditioning, heating, and mosquito net.

You can come any time of the year. From May to mid-October you can enjoy the sun and the sea and the natural environment between meditation walks and excursions.
The rest of the year you will go to visit Ancient Medieval Villages in the heart of the Maremma between history and nature. You can enjoy the calm and clean air hiking, walking among the olive trees, and having thermal baths.
With Paula, it is a constantly changing flow where you immerse yourselves, passing from outdoor meditation to the yoga Vinyasa of Shiva Flow, to the firmness of Yin yoga, to the relaxing sound of bells and the gaze of nature that surrounds you; a true inner ritual shared with the environment. The holiday offers an integrated approach to the practice of yoga, which harmonizes different styles and techniques from a physical, psycho-emotional, and meditative-spiritual point of view and keeps the person at the center. Trying to find a connection with the nature around you and with the people who will practice with you.

Where the focus is on relaxation of the mind and body, anti-stress. You will use techniques like Pranayama, Mudra, Meditation; Yin Yoga, Mindful Movements, and Soft Yoga. Progressive relaxation, Healthy Sound and Guided Meditation.
Sequences of movements and postures (asanas) that will make you feel and tone: abdomen, arms, and legs. Hatha Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga.
A contemporary form of Vinyasa Yoga, based on the practice of asanas linked by a fluid and uninterrupted movement. Each sequence tells the myth, and there is a progression of the asanas chosen to reach the peak and fluidity of movement.
You will focus on unlocking your wholeness, a practice for regular digestive disorders, anxiety, and emotions. Soft Yoga, Pranayama, Mudra, and Meditation; Yin Yoga, Mindful Movements, Healthy Sound and Guided Meditation.
Stretch, tone and learn to relax your back. You will work on the mobility of the vertebral column, the activation of the core, and the different parts of the back: the lumbar, dorsal, and cervical areas.

Maria Paula Medina is a certified 250-hour yoga teacher and she's going to lead this yoga retreat. Yoga has formed part of her life from the age of 19, and from there, she devoted many hours of study and practice in Argentina, Europe, and India for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Today, she organizes Hatha flow yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes, and carries out in-depth groups for the development of personal practice, yoga holidays, and retreats in the Dolomites, Greece, Spain, and Croatia. She loves outdoor practice, in contact with nature.
In a few minutes you can reach and visit Ansedonia and Monte Argentario, Feniglia, Orbetello, and Talamone. The medieval villages of Magliano in Toscana, Sorano, Sovana, and Pitigliano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, the Hermitage of Poggio Conte, the Tarot Garden, and the Maremma Natural Park are some of the beauties not to be missed, and visited.
The sea of Capalbio, Monte Argentario, and Isola del Giglio are unique jewels set in wild and uncontaminated nature. The proximity of the Via Aurelia allows easy travel to other places in Tuscany and Lazio. Casale Artemisia is ideal for relaxing and revitalizing yourself.

Erico and Paula have a great passion for good and healthy eating. Paula is a Natural Bio Vegan Chef, she has experience in natural nutrition based on the use of local products. They are trying to create harmony in food combinations by obtaining balanced meals that respect the environment and also nourish the spirit.
During this yoga retreat, all meals will be included. In addition, you will also be provided with herbal teas, warm water, lemon, and ginger every morning.
