Winter Weekend Yoga Retreat UK

'Dipping into Winter'. This weekend retreat at Noddfa, North Wales, includes mindfulness practices and gentle yoga. Beginners and regular practitioners of mindfulness and yoga are welcome. Both mindfulness and yoga allow you to become more aware of your physical body and emotions while cultivating attitudes that nurture your growth, and to connect with the environment you find yourselves in. The nature that encompasses Noddfa, allows you to develop a deeper appreciation of the natural environment and its rhythm. Winter is a time for nature to let go of the old and make way for the new, and so the ‘theme’ of this retreat will align with this. You will be made welcome on this retreat whether you come on your own or with a friend or partner. It is intended that you will feel rested, more relaxed and have an increased feeling of well-being by the end of the weekend. This retreat includes accommodation, and full board, in addition to the yoga and mindfulness activities. The venue, Noddfa is a special place in North Wales.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

There are several ways to get there. The best thing to do if you are not sure how to plan your journey is to call Noddfa.

There is a train station: Penmaenmawr railway station which is a 5-10 minute walk to Noddfa. it is up to a hill though! If available Jilly ( your retreat host) or one of the Sisters of Noddfa will pick you up.
