The 200-hour yoga certification schedule is strictly based on yogic principles. The training starts with a morning practice at early sunrise. It is the best time of the day to experience the power of asana, pranayama, and sadhana or meditation. There is a short break for breakfast and a healthy food is served for you to get well-nourished for rest of the day. The schedule follows with a lecture and some yoga practice. Lunch is served during the mid-day time with yogic foods. There are a meditation and chanting class in the afternoon. A dinner and thereof rest and relax for the next morning.
Although they abide by traditional style of teaching yoga, they still have incorporated Sivananda, Pattabi Jois, and BKS Iyengar style into their teachings. They are highly influenced by BKS Iyengar, so props are included and will be used in the asana practices to ensure correct alignment and posture. Except for asana perfection using the props, their accent is on the focus of the mind and regulation of breath.

During the course, you will practice the different aspects of yoga teaching with each other, which will include planning and teaching classes and sequences, using props and aids, and be helping students to modify poses so that they can get the most out of the practices. Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded the Yoga Alliance certification.
Half a day per week is off for your own disposition and self-study or other activities. But you have to take note, that to obtain the certificate all lectures have to be attended.

Thus, her teaching combines different elements from the system of yoga from classical Hatha to more dynamic Ashtanga and she emphasizes on not only focusing on the body and to not narrow down the teaching to its mere form.
Shri Akhilesh Bodhi is a professional yoga instructor, Reiki master, and spiritual mentor. Akhilesh has deep understanding and extensive knowledge of yoga practice which spans decades and developed his own inclusive method of yoga. Fusion of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha yoga and Raj yoga presents a holistic technique suited to the people across the world.
The Upper Austria combines beautiful medieval towns and impressive limestone formations at the Kalkalpen National Park with technology and modern design in Linz. The park is the biggest forest reservation in the heart of Austria and a special energetic spot, ideal for recharging batteries, and reconnecting with nature.
