Indian Yoga School offers fully residential and affordable 200-hour yoga teacher training in Mauritius. Every prospective teacher will have to attend this program first. After completing the 200-Hour Yoga TTC program, the students will get the opportunity to continue on with advanced YTTC programs. There are no specific eligibility criteria to join this program and it's never too late or too early to start it. Students aged above 21 years old can join this program.

The course will have three excursions to nearby tourist spots and beautiful nearby beaches. Any changes in the choice of destination will be depending on climate and the tour leader itinerary.
