The school is located in a modern apartment The property is cleaned and kept hygienic at regular intervals.

The accommodation is available for single living and shared living with attached bathroom, hot water.

The rooms are cleaned at regular intervals. Since yoga teaches us to be clean and hygienic, we have incorporated in maintaining our property on the same lines.

Students who complete their subsequent training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

200 hours Hatha yoga TTC

Practice and teaching methodology - 100 hours

Yogasana fundamental level 1: guided and led class focus on basic stretches, Surya namaskar A ( Sun salutations ), standing poses, sitting poses, supine poses, prone poses, and finishing sequence. Total 45 individual asanas will be covered. Second week, focus on self-practice alignments and adjustments from faculties and trainees.

Yogasana intermediate and advanced level 2: led class focused on advance stretches, Surya Namaskar B, and advance poses of standing, sitting, supine, prone, and finishing sequences. Total 40 intermediate and advanced individual poses will be covered.

Afternoon class focus on individual poses, how to practice correctly and alignment, using yoga accessories like belt, bricks, and bolsters, as wel as how to lead led class, hands-on adjustment.

Exam: trainees lead the led class and will be able to give hands-on adjustments and alignment. Practical exam evaluated by faculties of school.

Yoga anatomy - 20 hours

  • 1. Introduction
  • 2. Fundamentals - Breath, bandha, drishti, and Vinyasa
  • Respiratory system
  • 3. The basics of functional anatomy
  • Connective tissue details: blood tissue, muscle tissue, fascia, nerves, bones, joints, and its components
  • 4. Muscular system
  • 5. Skeletal system and functional joints - knee joint, hip joint, pelvis, and spine

Pranayama - 20 hours

First and second week: techniques covered Kapalabhati, Bastrika, Ujjai, Nadi shodana, Surya bhedana, Chendra bedana, Anuloma-Viloma, Shithali, Shitkari, and Bramari. Advanced variations of practice, bandhas, mudra.

Exam: trainees will lead the class and practical exam evaluated by school faculties.

Yoga philosophy - 20 hours

Yoga is one of the six orthodox systems of Indian philosophy. Yoga is a way of life. Maharshi Patanjali is the father of Yoga Darshan.

History of yoga dates back to 200 BC. Patanjali collated and compiled all the knowledge scattered in different sources together and systemized in his yoga sutras. There are 195 sutras divided into four padas or chapters. The first chapter called “Samadhi pada”, which explains Samadhi and different types of it. The second chapter, “Sadhana Pada”, explains detailed practical steps of practices which gives certain powers.

Introduction to Ayurveda and business of yoga - 12 hours

  • 1. Introduction, definition, and history of Ayurveda
  • 2. Ashtanga Ayurveda
  • 3. Definition of health in Ayurveda
  • 4. Basic concepts of Ayurveda and their relevance in the diet and activity management in every individual - dosha specific yoga asana practice and designing individual yoga therapy sessions

  • Mala (biological / metabolic waste products)
  • Concept of Agni (digestive and metabolic fire)

Meditation is not just ordinary concentration but a special type of internal concentration. Meditation is not an entirely independent discipline but a stage in concentration common to almost.
