"The Guru who will give you wisdom as well as knowledge"
I just completed my TTC 500 Hatha Yoga back to back in two months. But only with the help, support, understanding and love of Bharath Shetty.
If you are looking for a teacher to push you where you need to be pushed in order to grow. But also one who will put his arm around you when you’re losing faith in yourself, he is the right teacher for you.
The programme is well designed and consists of everything you would expect from a TTC.
Also if you want to deepen your own Asana practice, he will help you to amaze yourself by what you’re capable of, really, you will surprise yourself!
What Bharath Shetty finds very important, perhaps more than other teachers, are Kriyas. In the TTC level two (300h), we did all the kriyas, after extensive explanation of technique and contraindications.
Finally, he holds all the students to a high standard, you’re not just handed a certificate. You really have to earn it and work for it.
