Accommodation

There are five wonderfully decorated bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom. Four of the suites are furnished with queen beds, and the large Master Suite has a king bed. The lower level of the facility provides bunkroom accommodations for families, children, and large groups. Two large communal bathrooms provide plenty of sinks and shower space. Two of the rooms located in the basement have queen beds and a bunk bed, and the other six rooms have four bunk beds per room. Each bunk has a queen/full-sized bed on the bottom. There is also a large game room located in the basement.

At Inbody, the mission is to offer healing, mindfulness, and yoga therapy around the world. This retreat integrates traditions of silence and contemplation, as well as the mind-body connection, with a modern therapeutic approach. Experience healing and rejuvenation, while learning to become freer in your body and mind.

The experience of Hidden Springs Ranch is as wonderful as the teachers and people you will connect with from around the world. A Ranch is a unique place where you can enjoy wide-open spaces, beautiful scenery, dating back to the early 1900s. The ranch is irrigated by gravitational forces made possible by the lay of the land and the many springs and ponds on the property.

There are opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, swimming and much more. Many other possible activities are located near the ranch and in the surrounding area.

This retreat is a place for you to experience how the power of nature can enhance your awareness and help you discover your true self. It involves world-class yoga therapists to guide you in yoga therapy practice sessions. The other activities in this retreat include practicing stillness meditation and mindfulness for more peace and focus in life, understanding the importance of physical alignment in body and mind, discovering the healing power of practicing deep mind-body connection, and tapping into the transformative power of silent retreat.
