The optional wellness workshops will educate you on simple changes you can make to create the body and life you love.

Among the full daily schedule of activities, you will have time to unwind, relax, restore, and reconnect ensuring you go home feeling refreshed and revitalized. This retreat is also perfect for absolute beginner in all things to advanced. This retreat is designed to connect you with your body and enable you to form new friendships with like-minded people.

Yoga classes

The daily yoga classes are suited to all levels from beginner to advanced and taught by industry leaders who will transform your yoga experience and reconnect you with your body, mind, and soul.

Surf lessons

Surf lessons and/or guided tours suited to all levels from beginner to advanced level are available. You will be taken to the breaks best suited to your level and offer you expert coaching in and out of the water.

Meditation sessions

After the yoga sessions, you will experience a 20-minute guided meditation sessions designed to silence the mind and assist you in creating a daily practice that will reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.

Workshops

You will enjoy one workshops on nutrition and a lifestyle coaching session. The wellness workshops are designed to educate you about sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes across your nutrition, movement, stress reduction, breathing, food workshops, fat loss techniques and more. The trainers are industry experts from all over the world that hold a list of qualifications each in their field, they are not volunteer coaches or trainees.

Training sessions

You will enjoy daily sessions led by industry superstar personal trainers and designed to coach you on the ultimate training techniques to create a body you love.

Sunset activities

The afternoons ensure that you experience some of the most amazing sunsets whilst taking a beach walk or enjoying a sunset coconut. You will be in awe of how amazing mother nature truly is.
