The Chateau

During your holiday, you'll stay in one of 10 bedrooms, making this retreat one of their more intimate. Each spacious bedroom has been individually styled and comes with an en suite shower room. Outside, the castle really flourishes. Only a short walk across the lawn from the house is the saltwater swimming pool, lined by lavender, and dotted with sun loungers.

Around the grounds, there are plenty of outdoor spots for relaxing, and there is a lovely courtyard for al fresco dining where you can enjoy the gourmet cleaning cuisine lovingly created by chefs and nutritionists.

This fitness holiday is about wellbeing, detoxing and improving health, so you are encouraged to take part in only the activities that you want to. Throughout your retreat, you will likely have the opportunity to hike, run and take part in yoga classes. Each schedule is different depending on the person, the weather and the location, but here’s what a ‘7-nights classic’ retreat schedule might look like.

Guests can enjoy hikes at their own pace as there are always at least three guides. All other classes, such as yoga and fitness, are tailored to individual levels.

This renovated medieval castle has been beautifully restored, complete with exposed beams and rose clad walls creating a charming addition to the rolling country of Southern France.
