La Vella Farga (which means The Old Forge) dates from 1036 and is now an impressive cluster of restored stone buildings and expansive terraces with fabulous 360-degree panoramic views. It’s just as gorgeous inside as it is outside with fabulously luxurious and spacious bedrooms and suites, al fresco and indoor dining, and elegant sitting rooms and peaceful corners. The large outdoor heated swimming pool is perfect for relaxing beside or for enjoying a few lengths. This lovely boutique hotel has just 14 bedrooms and suites.

You will be asked to tell in:spa retreats about your health and fitness before you arrive together with your likes and dislikes so in:spa retreats can tailor activities for each guest and you will be encouraged to enjoy only as many of the activities as you would like.

Yoga and fitness

The fitness element of the program includes guided hikes through stunning, diverse scenery, and personal fitness sessions. The trainers also offer challenging and invigorating group circuit training, boxercise, barre classes, cardiovascular, and resistance training as well as jogging / running sessions which are a great way to take in the local surroundings.

in:spa retreats caters for all levels of fitness and focuses on encouragement rather than a boot camp approach to achieve heightened aerobic fitness, improved core stability and muscle tone, and accelerated fat burning. Morning yoga classes are energizing Dynamic classes while evening yoga classes are a Restorative and relaxed end to the day. All the teachers teach the importance of correct postural alignment and incorporate breath work and meditation in their classes. All fitness and yoga classes are optional.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN). Transfer from and to the airport is available upon request.

Airport transfers are complimentary for returning guests. Otherwise, they are 30 GBP each way. The recommended flight is from Gatwick to Barcelona with Easyjet. The flight departs at 11.35 a.m. on 26 October and arrives at 2.45 p.m. The return flight on 31 October departs at 2.10 p.m. and arrives in Gatwick at 3.30 p.m.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 70 days before arrival.
