Set on the magical island of Ibiza by the stunningly iconic bay of Benirras, experience the famous hippy drumming that takes place every evening at sunset and allow the tribal sounds and throbbing energy connect you to the beauty of the island and precious nature that surrounds you. But, beyond its gorgeous setting and inspiring location, Benirras delivers on a deeply spiritual level, providing a haven of happiness to all those who seek her shores there. You meet, completely immersed and finally coming home to yourselves.
Immersive Yoga is held at Villa Roca which is a hacienda of Bauhaus design, built by the late Ibizencan architect Erwin Bronner, whose own house is now a museum in Ibiza Town. The villa features terracotta floors, tiered balconies, and open fireplaces. It has a large living room area, and a spacious outside open plan terrace, where guests dine, relax and socialise.
On clear days, it has almost uninterrupted sunshine from early morning to afternoon. With five large bedrooms, two of which have balconies, and one with its own door leading to the garden.
If you want to feel closer to nature, why not try one of the delightful pagodas, in the garden of Villa Roca. It has easy access to the yoga deck and its facilities include a really refreshing, powerful shower. By day, you can surround yourself with the sounds of countless birds, including robins, hawks, swifts, sparrows, and gulls, and feel the sea air fill and clean your lungs.
At night you can send yourself to sleep listening to the gentle sound of nature and the sweet scent of pine trees. If you live in a town or city, you will be taken aback by its silence, save the calming sounds of crickets and feel of the breeze. On moonlit nights you can see the shimmering trees and fauna cast their shadows in what can only be described as magical.
A walk to the next bay named Moon beach takes places each week. The walk starts from Villa Roca, and you walk 100 metres up the hill along the Calle de Benirras towards the San Juan Road. From here, you start along the uphill path that meanders its way higher and higher. The stunning views along the way are of the valley that Benirrás is part of and the hills beyond at highest point it is possible to see the center of the entire island. You pass an old disused Lime Kiln surrounded by pine trees and shortly after, you are at the top.
The view from the top of the mountain is probably the best to be had of Benirras Bay, Ills des Bosc and the Mediterranean beyond. From the best view point, you start the journey down the other side of the mountain toward your final destination. In view now is Isla den Caldes and some days on the horizon, you may see the ferry that passes from Magaluf to Denia and back daily. The path zig-zags its way almost to the end, where it levels out in a straight line. Moon Beach is found via a pathway through a small gulley. It is a beach that has no houses or no roads to it, just a dirt track makes it available to the few fisherman huts that are built into the rocky hill at sea level next to the sandy shore. It's a small beach but quite a delight.

She honors the traditions while awakening the true potential as an individual in the modern world. She hopes for each student to experience a journey that goes beyond the body and pierces deeply into the heart by weaving together asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation, and chanting along with exploring rituals, dance, music, and the deep connection with nature. She had trainings across India and is a registered ERYT 500 with Yoga Alliance.
Villa Roca is situated 30 metres above sea level and a 3 minute 180-meter walk to the beautiful Benirrás beach, along a private path. It sits in 20 acres of land which is filled with wildflowers, pear, olive, apple, orange, and banana trees. To cap it all, it is nestled amongst a beautiful pine forest.
Benirrás Bay is a popular anchoring spot for private yachts and motor boats which gather in the late afternoon to enjoy the romantic sundown, in summer accompanied on Sundays by drummers who descend to the beach to 'drum down the sunset' in this iconic hippie ritual. This drumming is a unique Ibiza experience, established over many years.

There is an in-house organic garden where they produce some of the herbs and vegetables and the purchased vegetables are from local farmers markets. Farmers still use ancient terracing to cultivate their crops and irrigation techniques introduced by the Arabs over a thousand years ago. Trip to local cave named Can Marca
To see where the smugglers kept their contraband.
The guided tour of the cave takes 45 minute. Refreshments can be purchased afterwards on the platform over looking Port San Miguel
The stalactites and stalagmites are waiting to be seen.
From the first viewpoint , there is a panoramic view over the whole of the bay of the Puerto San Miguel , also know as Puerto Balanzat . The Murada island can be seen in the back ground where a unique prehistoric species of Muradensis lizard lives. After following along a path cut out of the rocks, one reaches the mouth of the cave , at a level of 14 metres above sea level . This is the starting point of the visit. The cave is over 100,000 old and has suffered ice ages and tropical heat waves. Discovered by smugglers who used it for hiding their goods, hoisting them up from the sea from an opening located 10 metres above sea level . It is still possible to see the red and black paint marks signposting another way out of the cave in case the smugglers had to escape in a hurry.
Rumour has it the monolithic limestone rock formation of Es Vedra, off Cala D’hort on the south coast of Ibiza, is the third most magnetic point in the world and has long been referred to as the source of Ibiza’s inexplicable energy. While geologists say no, one thing that is unquestionable is its beauty at sunset, best viewed from the beach or one of its restaurants, or the deserted pirate lookout tower, Torre de Savinar.
Held every Wednesday for over 40 years, Es Cana's Hippy Market, Punta Arabi, harks back to an era when artists, painters and designers came to Ibiza to pursue their crafts. As a result, the market's atmosphere is nothing but authentic. It's a great place to buy jewellery, clothing and goods, but go early to avoid the rush.
