I first came across yoga when my brother took me to my first class when I was looking to do something new in my life, never quite content with what I had. I remember by the end of that class thinking ‘what just happened, what is this’ I was sold, with no idea why. This is where my practice begun. My yoga classes are flow based around Hatha and Vinyasa traditions also incorporating Sivananda yoga. In addition, I teach different types of meditation, pranayama (breath work), yoga nidra (yogic sleep) mudras and mindfulness in every day life.
