5 Days Native American Spirituality Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Cali, Colombia

The provided accommodation in this retreat include your own tent in the campsite on the property and private rooms and dorms.

In this retreat, you will be able to explore another way to come closer to your deeper self through the application of some of the most important Native American practices. During this retreat, you will explore Mayan knowledge through the Mayan calendar (no relation to Jose Arguelles's calendar) and movement practices with Mayan's understanding on energetic anatomy and more while you rest surrounded by vegetation.

Finally, you will also explore typical sounds and dances from America and more precisely from the Andes in order to develop well-being methods and techniques to apply on your daily life.

If the indigenous community allows you to go, you will be able to visit their community and learn about Shamanism with them.

Ishka Center is a well-being center surrounded by nature in the city of Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

Your meals during the whole course are included in the price of the retreat and most of the ingredients used are locally produced and bought from indigenous communities of the country.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at El Dorado International Airport (BOG).

Afterward, you can come to Cali by plane or bus (it is a 10-hour trip). When you get to Cali, you can either take a cab from the airport directly to the retreat venue or you can take a cab to the nearest MIO station from the airport and take any MIO that takes you to the T31, E21, E31 routes until the Universidades station. Then, take the A18 bus until the Carrera 128-129 stop.

• A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
• The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
• The rest of the payment should be paid 4 days before arrival.
