"My Italy retreat with two of my sisters was a very relaxing and awesome vacation. The dinners made by the villa owners are scrumptiously delicious! Starting and ending the day with yoga made it very restful after sightseeing during the day. The photography class is an added bonus and our vacation pictures just came out spectacular. I'll recommend this vacation to my friends and families, and will do it again!"

"Melissa hosted a Tuscan Villa Yoga retreat and Creative Writing Workshop heart opening combo in May 2015. The process of writing during and after a yoga class adds another dimension to self-awareness and release. Then we had ShellyYoga, a fun and therapeutic approach to exploring what our bodies needed to realign. It was as relaxing or busy as you choose, with great options for hikes, wine tours, and visits to ancient towns. Wonderful memory!"

"This retreat was a great escape. Full of relaxation; most activities being planned, yet somewhat flexible - it was nice not to have to think about what to do and how to get there."

As it turns out, in each moment, I was completely blown away by the quality of the adventure and of the care provided by the Ignite Your Bliss team! It was a very special time, never to be forgotten."

"Joined the retreat in 2013. I have not done any kind of yoga or meditation before but I enjoyed it! The instructor, Melissa, was very supportive and catered to both novice and experienced folks as well as to those who has a limited physical ability. She would walk around the room and guide the class from pose to pose and made sure everyone is comfortable with the poses. It was not limited to the same poses every day either. Very relaxing . Overall, I'd say it was a very rewarding experienceThe retreat place was awesome! The food was excellent! The place is up in one of the mountains in Tuscany, very quiet and peaceful. The only thing that was a kind of a downer was the weather. It was cloudy in the morning for most of the days that we were there (even the locals say that it was the unusual weather for them) but that didn't matter, it was perfect weather for practicing yoga! The schedule was very flexible too. We had time to tour areas close to town Monticiano, Sienna, Pienza, Montalcino, etc - which gave me the chance to practice taking pictures. We had very good lessons and pointers from the instructors. The trip to the Mozart Vineyard (Paradisso di Frassina) was well worth it too. This was the first time I've seen a vineyard with speakers all around playing classical music. It was very soothing to just walk around the vineyard. Good wine! And don't forget their olive oil. What else can I say? Excellent instructors, pretty views, and best of all, I met and made new friends! Namaste"

"Our Italy Yoga retreat vacation last year was one of the best vacations I spent! The morning yoga sets the tune that you will have a wonderful day. The Italian breakfast and dinners served every night was just out of this world! The breathtaking landscape surrounding the villa was just awesome and the Tuscan hills that we saw as we drive down the highway is a photographer's dream. I'm not much of a photographer but some of my pictures were just like postcards. Thanks to Julie and Gary for giving us photography tips given during one of our photography class sessions. The variety of added tours was just enough to appreciate all the beautiful churches and other architectural buildings. I cannot forget the one unique tour of one of the wine vineyards- Mozart music is played serenading the vineyards to produce excellent wine. It is now being researched in one of the Italian universities if this really affects the quality of the wine produced. Who knows? I'm not much of a wine drinker but Italian wines will make you want to drink it every night! The city of Sienna is a must-see. The Sienna Cathedral is one of the best cathedrals I've seen in my life. The architectural details are so intricate that it took them over a hundred years to complete it! I can ramble on and on about this trip. You have to experience it to believe it! I highly recommend this trip!"
