Day 1:

  • 11:00 Personal study trought Swan Practice and Natal Chart for 90 minutes
  • 15:30 Yoga Nidra deep relaxation practice online direct (30 minutes)
  • 16:15 Tea time in your place
  • 16:30 Personal study and how to make the short cleaning intestine (1.5 hours)
  • 19:00 Your personal yoga routine (two hours)

Day 2:

  • 09.00 Direct online Cleaning of the short intestine "colon" "Laghoo Shankaprakshalana" * (one hour)
  • Yoga Nidra "Deep relaxation" direct online (30 minutes)
  • Personal routine review, doubts, and material about the techniques learned (one hour)
  • 11:00 Closure of the program
