The health center has available a dormitory rooms that can accommodate up to eight persons, a family room with two queen sized-beds, deluxe rooms with either two double or single beds, and a luxurious suite with a king-sized bed and personal safe. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and hot water, air conditioning, and clean towels.

During this retreat, you will experience a key introductory program particularly designed to unlock the mysteries of stress and anxiety. You will find support if you are already felling changes but are experiencing the many challenges that happen during the stages of transformation. Whole systems models have many possible formats. Anything that brings about the more objective understanding of life leads to whole systems thinking that brings forth healthy and thriving whole systems organizations.

The process is a journeying into authentic trust, tapping into intuitive cognition. The largest aim is to help the members holding parts of the whole come together into the heart or center of a group, so that greater synergy comes about in ways that bring out the best in the person and the entire organization.

Frameworks

The autonomic nervous system and how to break the fear-avoidance cycle

This is an amazing look into the autonomic nervous system's responses to any situation that either brings about the manifestation of anxiety or creative flow. The work describes how individuals might be able to control their reactions to threatening situations in empowered ways by learning more about the body's tendency to open or close itself to various situations.

Cognitive resonance psychology

Exploring this theme, you will learn what is cognitive dissonance and how is related to the semantic network and latent inhibition. Here, you will journey into the understanding of the human mind as a vast regional web of information nodes very much like an internal internet system that associates information depending on how awareness perceives the world in states of expansion or contraction.

Dialogic resonance and states of consciousness

When you understand the true nature of language and how communication essentially works, you are able to listen to the truth that is being said, beyond what the words seem to be saying. You will find out how cultural blocks and control-based orientations keep you from assimilating the many valuable gifts hiding in the many unfocused conversations that you are having, due to you everyday multi-layered tasks and agendas.

You will listen to how focused conversations might take place once you learn simple facilitation techniques that either bring about closed discussions or open conscious dialogues.

Mapping and whole systems thinking

Whole systems organizations make it a point that even as it places importance on the small details, that it never loses sight of the big picture, as stress and anxiety comes about from people's loss of the contextual understanding of the world around them.

Tours of an enchanted farm and Bulacan nature trips are included in this retreat.
