"A wonderful week! "
We had such an amazing time at the camp. We met so many amazing people and the volunteers couldn’t have been nicer! The beach was very close by which was very convenient and it was great to be able to take boards and wetsuits out whenever you felt like a surf! Thanks again from Ireland, Heather and Sarah!

The staff, especially Jorge is really friendly. It‘s the perfect mixture between meeting inspiring people, being active and relaxing in nature. Beautiful place!

These were definitely some of the best vacations I’ve ever did! Not only had I the chance to learn how to surf from scratch on, I also met incredible people from all over the world. The instructors and every person working there was so friendly and it was for sure a fun time (I miss it already). In less than one week I was able to improve my surf skills drastically (from not being able to stand up to being able to sometimes catching bigger waves which weren’t broken yet).
Also in the evenings there’s always something going on. Either a program from the camp or people just having fun at the camp fire.
I highly recommend visiting this amazing camp! :)

We had an amazing experience at I surf Portugal camp. The tents were very cozy, kitchen area and facilities were great. We could feel the warm and friendly atmosphere immediately thanks to Jorge and his team. A lot of activities during the week and everything was very well organised - surf lessons, salsa, yoga, skateboards, and of course cozy evenings near the fireplace every day. It was one of the best vacations ever where we could run away from routine and work life and enjoy surfing, beach, good weather and amazing company. And doesn’t matter if you are a good surfer or just want to try for the first time, the amazing team of instructors is there to help you and coach you with a very individual approach. Definitely worth to go! We would recommend this place for sure for everyone, whether you are a couple, or friends, or a family with children or a sole traveler - everyone could find their own inspiration in the camp and feel welcome.

"Great vide, well instructed surflessons. "
Great vibe, well instructed surflessons. Great for kids and parents to have separate surflessons, to watch and to have focus on yourself. Great crew, well organised, friendly and active. The video afterwards is great to see. Nice clear sea (cold, but good material) Very great to stay in tents and in a campcommunity with great group of international people. Nice to have combination with singles and families.

The camp is small and this means it feels personal. The staff are friendly on camp, and the surf lessons are very good. The food is healthy and tasty.

"Surcamp 14-21 July 2018"
Povoa de Varzim is a lovely place. Lots of small resteraunts where you can have tasty portugese food for low money. It is very easy to reach from the airport of Porto. It is the last station of the Metro B. My accomodation was Reve D Or which is run by a nice french guy. The hotel had a small Garden which we could use to have a small party on our last day. There is fridge available as well.

"Active holidays in Portugal."
This was my first time surfing, so I honestly did not know what to expect. However, it was one of my more memorable vacations so far. After 2 hours of surfing lessons and 2 hours of practicing, you will have more than enough activities for a day. After 8 days you will not become surfing experts, but you will learn enough to surf by yourself. Povoa de Varzim is a nice town on the seashore with a good transportation to the Porto (45 min by "metro"). It is quiet during the low season but I was assured it gets busy during summer. It has nice clubs, restaurants and bars which are reasonably priced. The guys at surf camp are cool and professional, and they will look at you more like to a friend than a client. Jorge, Conor, and Clement - thank you for these memorable moments and hope to see you again.
