Program

In this modern world, it is easy to get caught up in believing you must improve, achieve more, and produce more to be enough. At this retreat, you will learn to move from your limited association with your thoughts to the deeper wisdom that comes from embodying your essential energy, connecting to your hearts, and living from presence.

Learning to harmonize the mind, heart, and soul allows the ability to pivot beyond your protective personalities into embracing your "Soulful Selves" and expanding into living the purposeful lives you came here to live.

Are the retreats suitable for beginners?

The retreats are designed to meet people right where they are. No prior experience in meditation, yoga, or other spiritual practices is necessary. There are numerous reasons why people choose to experience a retreat. With an open mind and heart, participants usually find that their retreat experience is exactly what they needed at the time.

Is yoga the main focus of these retreats?

No. While a gentle Restorative type of yoga is included as a tool to deepen one’s experience of the present moment and bring one closer into alignment with their higher "Self", yoga is only a part of the experience.
