According to the needs of the group, you will explore topics relevant to participants’ current situations.
Hridaya Meditation is a practice inspired by the teachings of Ramana Maharshi. It includes the awareness of the heart center. A very simple but powerful way to detach from thoughts, and self-enquiry as a way to let go of any identification with the body, sensations, emotions, thoughts, and mind.
In Hridaya Yoga, during the practice of Hatha yoga, the physical asanas combine with advaita, the vision based on non-duality. The asanas are performed while holding the inner spiritual attitudes recommended in traditional texts of Tantra and Shaivism including Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, Spanda Karika, Shiva Sutra, among others.
They are oriented towards getting intimate inner knowledge of the physical body of its bio-energies, and of your real nature or the spiritual heart. Therefore, a contemplative attitude is necessary and indispensable.
Luna Cabasés Corral
Originally from Spain, Luna has been sharing the Hridaya teachings informally since she first discovered them in 2012. A profound fascination with the non-dual teachings and a burning longing to directly experience their truth led her to deepen her practice and join the Hridaya Teacher Training Course in 2014. She now teaches with the certainty that life can be lived from the heart, in full openness, and with a loving desire for all sentient beings to reveal their real nature and come into the fullness of self.
