Hotel Plesnik
Hotel Plesnik, where you will be staying, has a great position at the center of this beautiful valley and offers an amazing view of the nearby mountains and the stunning Palenk waterfall. All rooms are equipped with wooden furniture and designed in a mixture of modern and old styles.

Vila Palenk - Annex building
In the shadow of the hotel, but still bathed in sunlight, slightly obscured by treetops and yet with a strong presence; this is Vila Palenk. Vila Palenk is a pleasant and comfortable outbuilding, built in an alpine style, connected to the hotel by a covered passage that protects guests from all weather conditions.
At first glance, though small in size, the villa is deceptively spacious and comfortable and offers a distinctly homely experience. It features 11 spacious rooms, each with its own individual character, providing everything guests need for a comfortable stay. A family apartment is also available. Each room has the following amenities:

What Elke can offer you:
- Health yoga: with therapeutically correct alignment
- Atemtechnics: your breath is the key to your consciousness! Elkewould like to support you very much in making you feel the importance and the pleasure of your conscious breath. There are many breathing techniques - energy techniques that can be learned. Depending on how far you have already connected with your breath
- Vinyasa flow yoga: you practice connecting with the breath and let this connection flow into your individual exercise series.
- Hormone yoga: Elke would love to work with you to develop the breathing technique "Bastrika", which you need to supply your pituitary with a lot of energy. Your pituitary gland is responsible for hormone distribution. This technique, paired with specific exercise series, supports your body in times of change or when you want to have children. Elke is very happy that you have found this place to get closer to yourselves again.
This yoga pack contains 6 yoga sessions - if the weather is good it could either be more or you explore the beautiful nature with hiking tours.
