Join yogis from all over the world to earn your 200-hour yoga teacher certification given by Yoga Alliance, USA. The certification allows you to teach normal and hot yoga classes in studios around the world. Trainees emerge from the 200-hour teacher training course as confident teachers with a strong and solid skill ready to begin their career.
The accommodation and amenities at Hot Yoga Copenhagen are simple and basic but spacious and comfortable. They have half-a-dozen rooms, each with large windows and plenty of natural light and ventilation. All rooms are similar in size, facilities, and outlook. Most are twin-share with bunks, while couples may avail of private rooms. In addition, there are many common areas which have two kitchens, a dining area, living area, and study area.
There are toilet facilities and male and female shower areas. The bedrooms are simple, light, and well furnished. Amenities of each bedroom include comfortable mattress, pillows, quilts, blankets, clean bedsheets and towels that are changed regularly, wardrobe with safe keeping lockers for storing your stuff, wastebin, brooms, brushes, cleaning supplies for self-cleaning, large windows with plenty of natural sunlight, and plenty of power plugs in rooms suitable for charging any gadget.
This program will enhance your yoga horizon, allowing you to take your yoga practice deeper and farther as you explore the possibilities of your body and mind as well as getting certified in a professional yoga school by Yoga Alliance USA. The 200-hour training is designed to prepare you to be a confident and effective instructor.
You will be practicing up to three classes a day as a personal practice. The rest of the theory and teaching methodology classes will take place sometime on the weekdays and mostly during the four weekends. All in all, there will be 200 hours of training fulfilled according to Yoga Alliance, USA requirements for certification.
The certificate will enable you to teach both regular and hot yoga classes at any yoga studio in the world. The curriculum will take you through all the aspects of how to teach and give you the tools to become a great instructor.
Hot Yoga Copenhagen's curriculum will take you through all the aspects teaching and give you the tools to become a great instructor. As a part of the training, you will complete the following: regular hot Vinyasa, hot Hatha, and warm Yin class practice (80 hours). You will be attending regular studios public classes.
Hot Yoga Copenhagen wants you to not only get a sense of how to teach but also have a feel of how to run a studio. You will be broken down into groups and help out with studio day to day tasks as part of your training.
Each day will be arranged from approximately 07:00 to 21:00. You will take two to four classes which will be a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin classes. In addition, you will have a theory class (TT) with your teachers. Breaks are fit into the schedule for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Time has been factored in for homework and theoretical classes.
Although the schedule is tight, there will be ample time for you to discover the city. With the theoretical and practical classes, you will flow into a meditative state while exploring your body in this fun month-long course.
This teacher training will be held at Hot Yoga Copenhagen in Denmark. Located in the heart of Copenhagen on Badstuestræde 11, the prime location makes it easily reachable from all over the city. The hot yoga center consists of a large yoga hall, reception, lounge area, changing rooms with showers, toilets, kitchen, and laundry room.
The most comfortable, relaxing yoga hall in town, it is equipped with an air conditioning system and high-quality infrared heaters, designed to maintain stable heat throughout the hall. The temperature of the yoga hall does not exceed 35 degrees Celcius, although as people breathe in the room, the humidity rises and the room may seem warmer.

Hot Yoga Copenhagen provides vegan and vegetarian ingredients to make delicious food and drinks that are suitable for nourishing and detoxifying the body for yogic and meditative practices. It makes use of fresh ingredients to provide nutritional value and energy for guests to sustain their busy lifestyle. It doesn’t serve meat, fish, and eggs which are thought to slow down the body.
However, you will have the opportunity to discover Copenhagen and eat some meals exactly as you wish. Hot Yoga Copenhagen is not judgmental about meat-eating and encourages a balanced diet. All food will be prepared in a clean and spacious kitchen by you and mainly by its team. Guests with a preference for vegan and gluten-free diets as well as other dietary requirements can be comfortably catered to.
You can expect plenty of salads, fruits, vegetables, lentils and beans, rice, soups, hot drinks, and desserts on occasion. Hot Yoga Copenhagen is a family of which you will become a part. You will be expected to prepare meals for yourself and others on occasion. There will be plenty of juices, smoothies, herbal and traditional tea, ginger shots, coconut water, and coffee available at the facility. The favorite drink is water.
