Join this yoga and surf retreat in the Caribbean islands of beautiful Bocas del Toro in Panama, for an unforgettable week of yoga, surfing, fitness classes, and much more. Enjoy daily yoga classes overlooking the ocean and surfing classes with certified instructors. Bocas del Toro was named the top place to visit by the Times Magazine and Cond Nast, and is a gem by its location, beaches, food, people, and relaxed lifestyle. You have to see for yourself! This beautiful place, has no high-rise buildings or crowded beaches, and is the perfect location for this relaxed and fun retreat.
All accommodation features air conditioning, fans, private en suite bathroom. Double rooms have a queen size bed and shared dorm accommodation has a dorm room consisting of single beds and bunk beds. Accomodation in dorm rooms is 6 people max in one room. The shared / single accommodation options also have flat TV screens.
This retreat is all about relaxing and having fun, enjoying the slow paced life of the island. The program will vary every day, but here’s a sample of what you can expect:
One full day trip to discover the beautiful islands of Bocas del Toro are included in this trip. Watch dolphins swim, snorkel and relax at famous red frog beach.

Enjoy a daily delicious and mainly organic breakfast with a choice of fresh juices, egg dishes, jams, salads, and beans prepared by a private chef with locally sourced ingredients. Three dinners are also included. And for New Year’s Eve, a 4-course menu prepared by a Michelin star chef will be served overlooking the ocean.
Optional activities include: sunset cruise, horseback riding on the beach, SUP boarding, Surf Classes , diving, painting workshop or chocolate making workshops, cave tours and botanical gardens tour, additional private surf classes.
It takes about 1 hour each way from Panama City or San Jose (Costa Rica) to Bocas.
There are between 6 - 8 flights a day from Panama City to Bocas. Flights leave from Albrook Marcos A. Gelabert Airport (PAC) which is 30 - 40 minutes from the international airport. Please check http://www.airpanama.com for details. Please be aware that Air Panama only updates their system with flights around three months before the actual flight. So If you are checking the website in August, you are very unlikely to find flights for December, but you don’t need to worry since there are plenty of flights.

Take the bus departing from Albrook Bus Station to Almirante (28 USD one way, 10 hours) and then a water taxi from Almirante to Bocas Town (6 USD per person, 40 minutes). Busses leave around 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. You can only buy a ticket in person at the Albrook ticketing booth.
Take Bocatoreños Bus Line to Changuinola, Panama. The bus departs daily at 9 a.m. from in front of Hotel Cocorí in San Jose (14 USD one way, 6 hours). From Changuinola, take a taxi to Almirante (5-10 USD per person, 45 minutes), and then take a water taxi from Almirante to Bocas Town (6 USD per person, 40 minutes).
