The available accommodation is a shared twin room with shared bathroom. You can enjoy the unlimited access to a hot tub and sauna. If you just want to lounge with log burner, there are board games to keep you occupied. Raffie is the friendly house dog that you can also play with. Massage is available on site when you feel like you need a relaxing touch. Outdoors, you can simply watch nature and breathe in fresh air from the outside decking and seating area.

Day 1, Friday

  • In the mornings, enjoy your time with lie-in and breakfast in bed
  • 11:00 Yoga practice and mindfulness session

  • 14:00 Relax in hot tub, enjoy a massage or spa treatments, sleep, explore, or walk on the beach
  • 16:30 Afternoon tea and cake
  • 19:00 Group dinner

Day 3, Sunday

  • In the mornings, linger in bed a little longer and enjoy your time with lie-in
  • 11:00 Spoil yourself with a big fat brunch, ponder on reflections and intentions, and snatch the last chance to use the hot tub and sauna before departing by 14:00

This retreat will take place in Perranporth, Cornwall. It is located in the beautiful coastal surf town of Perranporth, just five minutes walk from the stunning surf beach. You will enjoy the rugged coastal walks, biking trails, water sports, horse riding, country pubs, and cafes right outside the doorsteps.

Perranporth is a small seaside resort town on the north coast of Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is popular with surfers and tourists because of its spectacular beach, and Atlantic swell. It is six miles southwest of Newquay and seven miles northwest of Truro. Perranporth and its three-mile long beach face the Atlantic Ocean.

You can easily reach Perranporth by car and there is ample parking. Or, you can board the train and arrive at the nearest train station. The airport is Cornwall Airport Newquay (NYQ), in case you are flying in; then, you would need to catch a taxi or local bus to take you here.

    "Wow, Horizon retreats; Such a fantastic experience, as soon as you arrive you instantly feel welcome and at home in the warm and friendly environment. A wonderful restorative weekend with a great group of fellow retreaters. Yoga, reflection, beach walks, hot tub bubbles, doodles and laughter spent in the beautiful Cornish town of Perranporth. Joey is a very special lady, compassionate, caring and inspirational, she's helped me in feeling a new sense of both grounding and courage. I loved all the little touches around the house, the goodie bags and words of wisdom, thoughtful, creative and kind. Extraordinarily tasty vegetarian gluten free food provided all weekend, nourishing, colourful and lovingly prepared. Since returning home I already feel more comfortable in my skin and my sleep quality has improved, I've tried recreating some of the delicious food too. Absolutely cannot wait for the next one, I'm booking it, I'm worth it!"
