Holman Health's retreat theme this year is slowing down, being still, being who you are, stepping outside the rat race and remembering what is important: breath, community, consciousness. This will be applied to slow food eating, slow yoga, and slow days on the beach.
You will start your day with sunrise yoga (sometimes with an optional meditation beforehand), then breakfast. Then, there will either be an activity (playshop, hike, island or beach visit), or just leisure time to stroll town or visit the beach for swimming, sunning, eating lunch, and others. Next, a second yoga class before sunset will be held. Afterwards, dinner, usually at the hotel, but a couple times you will go out to sample some of the excellent local restaurants. Holman Health will also offer a couple playshops (open to suggestions, possibly meditation, breath, healing, and etc.)
This retreat includes a guided hike.
