Come join Liz and Roy for a powerful weekend of being, meditation, resting, community, and growth exercises in an awesome, healing setting. Learn what meditation is and is not. This retreat is suitable for all levels and will focus on aligning with the Divine, keeping your center.
Humans are very busy. You will, therefore, practice honoring your needs throughout the weekend. If you fall asleep during your meditation, perfect! Get some rest.
Practice the art of letting go and letting be. Understand how to bring compassion to your life, practice and to the aspects of yourself you hike, hate, or have worked so hard to “get rid of”. Make peace with what is and see that what you seek is already here, now!

Please book your flights to arrive at either Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) or Bellingham International Airport (BLI). If you do not have transportation, the Bellair Airporter shuttle is the most comfortable and affordable. Stanwood is the closest pickup and dropoff place point but Burlington or Mount Vernon is also available and has an indoor terminal. Please arrange for a pick up before you travel by calling or e-mailing the retreat center.
The Amtrak station is just a few miles away. It does not stop at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The train would only be a viable means for travelers who are not flying in. The closest station is Stanwood but Mount Vernon is also very accessible. Mount Vernon may have more choices since it is larger. Please call Angelsong Retreat Center for a pickup.
