Holly is a Senior Yoga Alliance instructor, wellness author and yoga therapist with many passions all related to sharing harmony, healing and abundance with others in a way that respects and honours each other and our home, the Earth. It takes many forms yet the movement of the body in yoga, the nourishment of the body through seasonal nutrition, foraging and 5-element traditional Chinese theory as taught by Holly invites others to their own path of inner wisdom and transformation.
Tim Kellam has been a teacher and practitioner of tai chi for over 20 years. His training and practice started in Cornwall. Along with his studies in holistic therapy his travels and studies have taken him around the globe. He teaches a mixture of Chi Kung and Tai Chi forms. The Chi Kung focuses on solo movements which can work as a first aid kit. Movements can work with specific areas of the body and their associated emotions and thought patterns. The Tai Chi forms whilst often taught as martial arts, are taught by Tim for health and well being and as a deeper means of self-development.
