You are welcome to this retreat in picturesque Ubud, Bali, located amongst rice paddies and steep ravines. You will be accommodated in Narasoma - a beautifully hidden place with a tropical landscape and the last bit of natural sanctuary, besides the monkey forest, in the centre of Ubud. It is made up of two sections, the traditional Balinese family compound with homestay accommodation reflecting the true art and beauty of the Balinese culture and the retreat center located in a tranquil oasis set behind the homestay reflecting the true nature and spirit that lies in the heart of Bali.
Nara means human, Soma means the elixir of life. Narasoma is a human who has awakened, opened, and raised the Kundalini with the essence of the spiritual knowledge and power of the energy of life. The accommodation is either in a separate single room, double, or twin room. Each room has a private bathroom with western-style toilets, hot water, a shower, and a porch.
This retreat program offers a dynamic interaction between group and individual work. Each day, you will be provided an embodied wake up with an introduction to Osho Kundalini meditation or iVitalis practice. After that, you will have options to experience a dance session or work individually with a professional team of health practitioners and artists through your particular personal issue.
Upon your arrival into the healing atmosphere of Ubud, you will be comfortably accommodated into Narasoma. You can take a swim and a rest by the pool. In the late afternoon, there will be a welcoming ritual and you will get to know all like-minded beings that will support your profoundly transformational endeavors in this retreat.
After dining your first Balinese delicacies, your ears will melt into gentle acoustic sounds of this small, but really gorgeous town, full of chic little Dutch style boutiques and cozy open air vegan bars filled with calm and nice people. Imagine waking up really, really early just to shake your rock-like being in a studio, surrounded by a jungle and on the catch of the fresh Qi essence in the air, hearing sounds of children laughing in a distance. You’re still not sure if you are dreaming, right? But yes, you are in the embrace of this divine volcanic island in the middle of Indonesia!
And after breakfast, four amazing facilitators will be available just for you to individually discuss and provide insights for currently hot issues that burden you and prevent you to surrender to your inner blissfulness completely. For those more frisky, Goran and Sandra will welcome you to balance your body, mind, and spirit and by opening the senses, you will delve into your first inner dance journey through meditative movement and improvisation practice.
And how about digesting in a unique state of silent and restful alertness instead of heavily lying on your bed and bla-bla-ying? After lunch, you will immerse into yoga Nidra to reduce your tensions and anxieties. After good rest in afternoons, Neja will invite you to dig deeper into your habits by mirroring your busy - bossy minds to get insights into why something is happening in your life and how to relief yourself from repeating behavior that gets on your nerves.
In this first three days, there will be plenty of body - mind processing. But no worries, there will be many breaks too, with relaxing jumps into a delightful swimming pool in between.
After all these experiences, you will finish your days, proudly walking around equipped with tools and skills to bring clarity and quality into your everyday existence. You will begin practicing how to have, know, and take charge of your own actions. All your why’s and how’ s will be later on constructively discussed in a sharing circle of extraordinary individuals. And still enough time in evenings to see some Ubud’s best offs!

Today is a day of purification and profound inner journey. The island full of music, dance, magic, and beliefs in power animal spirits. You will be taken to Pura Tirta Empul, a Hindu water temple and a holy spring where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification. The site serves as a legendary setting of a traditional tale about good versus evil.
For more than a thousand years, Balinese worshipers have been drawn to this temple, whose sacred spring is said to have been created by Indra and to have curative properties. The tradition continues almost unchanged at the temple today. It is a place for self-cleaning. Not cleaning physically, but spiritually. And for sure after first intensive days, you will have something to let go from yourself.
As you deepen your connection, old habits will begin falling away, to be replaced naturally with a rejuvenated body, regenerated mind, and refreshed spirit.
You will finish the day with pearl sonic waterfall and shamanic journey - a three and a half hours long ritual that invites your spirit to travel through unique and profound realms, meeting your power animals on the way, all through means of sounding gong, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes, shakers, bells, rain sticks, frame drum and various percussion. You will keep on asking yourself, why did I hesitate for so long?
After purification and shamanic journey, it’s time to continue with your mornings on focusing your body, mind, and emotions and afternoons, releasing limiting beliefs and habits so you can invite unlimited abundance into all areas of your life.
Today, you have an option in the evening and dive deeper in physically cleaning too. You can take a herbal steam sauna in nearby Dragonfly Village. You can also sit around bonfire, drink herbal tea, and swim in salt water poll, but no words are permitted. It’s a silent sauna evening.
This day is a real treat! You will drive to nearby village Mas and visit the Setia Darma Masks and Puppets House. It is a unique museum with a mission to preserve some of Indonesia’s most colorful heritage items. The house currently houses over a 1,000 masks and over 4,000 puppets from all over the Indonesian archipelago, Africa, China, Latin America, and Europe.
You will have a chance to learn the meaning and purpose of using this masks in rituals and ceremonies. A local dancer friend Tebo will awaken your inner tiger spirit so you will get an opportunity to taste traditional Barong dance. Barong is a lion-tiger-dragon-like creature and character in the mythology of Bali, Indonesia. He is the king of the spirits, leader of the hosts of good, and enemy of Rangda, the demon queen, and mother of all spirit guarders in the mythological traditions of Bali.
In the afternoon you will meet with another Balinese traditional dance - Legong. You will have a chance to try a traditional dance with a fan with a famous dancer Dayu. Legong is a refined dance form characterized by intricate finger movements, complicated footwork, and expressive gestures and facial expressions.
Tonight, you will have a Christmas dinner. Usually, you have it with your family, but there, you will create a new family - the one that journeyed together in deep realms of body, mind, emotions, and spirit - now for a week already, sharing the stories of your lives on the way.
Before a fabulous Christmas dinner and party, you will be diving into breathing and energy exercises, dancing even deeper into meditation, opening your heart and inviting in a profound compassion and love for yourself and others.
Breakfast will be later in case you want to catch back some sleep. There you are! Starting to fully train your perception (of self, others, and group) on physical, mental, and emotional level by translating information gathered through opening the senses (touch, gaze, voice, smell, and taste) into movement and dance. Your old emotions has released and you feel more peaceful and calm. The silence is nesting so profoundly inside you - no need to use more words.
You will dive deeper into local way of life. By visiting a waterfall, walking among all this greenery, smiling faces of locals, walking through jungle, singing and sweating. This sister meditation to the Osho dynamic is best done at sunset or in the late afternoon. Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to melt the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance, and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence.
iVitalis program represents physically undemanding exercise, meant for everyone, who wish to be relaxed, have more energy, positive inclination, motivation, regain their health, and also keep it in good condition. The content of the iVitalis program is based on the science of kinesiology use and knowledge of top-level sports.

She is also an extremely experienced practitioner of many forms of healing as well as Craniosacral therapy and very senior and advanced practitioner of OM KARA Kriya Yoga studying with lineage holder Swami Anandakapila and practitioner of ancient shamanic traditions.
Petr is an iVitalis trainer, touch for health practitioner, and healing with sound therapist. Music accompanies him in different forms all his life. Sandra studied contemporary dance, contact improvisation, dance improvisation, Horton technique,and jazz ballet for more than 15 years with renowned pedagogues in Slovenia, Great Britain at LABAN, China, Austria, and Georgia. In the field of dance and improvisation, she was teaching in Slovenia, India, Indonesia - Bali, Vietnam, and Croatia. She is also integrating knowledge of Kundalini and dynamic meditation, dance movement therapy, authentic movement, Dervish, and other practices into dance education. Sandra is also a licensed Pilates instructor.
Goran Bogdanovski is an award-winning performer, choreographer, teacher, curator, and artistic director. Since 1989, he has worked with over 70 choreographers and directors in many fields of the performing arts. At the same time, he was also a soloist at the Slovenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. He founded Fičo Balet in 2000. Since then, he has developed his own style of expression, combining music, light, dramaturgy, technology, text, and body. Until now, he realized numerous dance productions, international research projects, festivals, and educational programs.

Bali is also connected to the legend of the rainbow serpent and considered one of the earth chakras, so the energies there strongly support healing processes.
