Maria Skivalaki
Maria is a Grafts Hellas fitness private school graduate and a certified 200hrs International Yoga Alliance instructor from Yoga and Budo Center - which is recognized by the Hellenic Government (Long life Education Center 1), as a member of the Hellenic Yoga Association and of the International Yoga Teachers Association (Australia), and is a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200, RYS 300) of the Yoga Alliance (U.S.A) and Yoga School 500h of the Yoga Alliance International (India). Maria is also an Acroyoga International (Solar and Lunar Immersion) certificate holder.

Eleni Tsaprailis Vargis
Eleni earned her International Yoga Alliance (IYA) certified 200-hour YTT from Yoga Passage in 2013 and her specialized 50-hour Nidra certification from Yoga&Beyond in 2019 both certified IYA studios (Canada). She also earned her 50-hour mind or body certification from Blissology in Ucluelet, B.C. April 2019. Eleni is trilingual (English, Greek, and French), has an MBA from Paris, and a successful international marketing career. She also has a Master in Philosophy, specializing in Business and BioEthics.

Tracey Kulchyski
As a sales director for a global luxury brand, Tracey came to her yoga practice as a way to reduce stress, by learning how to relax both body and mind. She went on to complete her 200-hour Yogacara YTT on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2015. Tracey was introduced to sound healing and alchemy crystal bowls on the beautiful island of Kauai and continues to attend many pieces of training and workshops to hone her skills. Ever since she has infused her yoga offerings with the healing sounds of Tibetan and alchemy crystal bowls.

Adonia Tsakalakis
Adonia Tsakalakis was born in Greece, soon after which she immigrated with her parents to Canada. Aside from being an International Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, Adonia is also the coordinator of the Greek folk-dance group, Dionysos Hellenic Cultural Society. She is currently studying Nūma Breathwork, which is a transformational practice strategically weaving together the power of Conscious Breathwork, deep body Somatic movement explorations, mindful somatic psychotherapeutic investigations and the medicinal vibrations of Sound therapy.
