Meditation in action is Mindfulness. This training during the retreat will help you to apply Mindfulness in your daily life. You will be also trained to practice Holistic yoga mindfully.
Practicing Holistic Yoga will give you therapeutic benefits to prevent both mental and physical diseases and heal diseases. You will understand and get these benefits even when learning and practicing during the retreats.
Detox is the short form of detoxification. The detox process has different stages and techniques. First improving the natural way of removing toxins from the body. Detox programs can help the body's natural cleansing process. The liver, kidneys, and lungs are the main organs that are involved in removing waste from your body. By maintaining all these organs healthy through practicing authentic yoga techniques including asanas, breathing exercises/pranayama, meditation, etc you can keep these organs and systems clean and healthy so that elimination is done at the optimum level.
Next by eating and drinking proper healthy food you can reduce the production of excess toxins in your system. By eating wrong unhealthy food and eating excess food more toxins are produced in the body.

On one of your retreat days, there will be a visit to a lotus farm and mountain for a sunset view. There will be also yogic meditation walks along the river for 2 days.
Krishna Raja, master teacher in meditation and yoga has been teaching meditation for the last 20 years. He started practicing meditation and traditional Indian mindfulness yoga at the age of 8 under the guidance of his uncle. He is from a family which lives a traditional Indian life including meditation and yoga way of life. Later in his life he studied and researched the ancient scriptures of meditation, yoga, Buddhism, Hinduism and other related subjects in India, Nepal and Thailand. He was member of the Yoga Therapist team for the STOP DIABETES THROUGH YOGA project of the Yoga University.
Ms. Bhawani has been teaching and traveled widely in Europe and Asia teaching yoga, Indian cooking, yogic counseling, Mudra theraphy, Ayurveda lifestyle management, and Ayurveda massage therapy. An expert in cooking Indian traditional food and Ayurveda (Yogic) or Satvik food, she is also a specialized expert in menopause and pregnancy. She is a certified yoga teacher from International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and SVYASA. She certified her Ayurveda certification from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana in collaboration with Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, India.
