During the training course you will be accommodated at Himalayan Yoga Retreat and Ayurveda Center. You will be staying at a comfortable accommodation with a beautiful yoga hall, and air-conditioned rooms.

Holistic Yoga (Union)

Practicing yoga by joining/union of all 5 aspects of human system -Holistic Yoga. You will be trained to practice Holistic yoga/authentic yoga during the retreat.

Meditation

Meditation is a process of mind control. Therefore, with proper knowledge, it can be practiced easily by all. During the retreat you will be taught the right tools, techniques, subjects, benefits, and concept of Meditation

Mindfulness

Meditation in action is Mindfulness. This training during the retreat will help you to apply Mindfulness in your daily life. You will be also trained to practice Holistic yoga mindfully.

Yoga Therapy

Practicing Holistic Yoga will give you therapeutic benefits to prevent both mental and physical diseases and heal diseases. You will understand and get these benefits even when learning and practicing during the retreats.

Detox program

Detox is the short form of detoxification. The detox process has different stages and techniques. First improving the natural way of removing toxins from the body. Detox programs can help the body's natural cleansing process. The liver, kidneys, and lungs are the main organs that are involved in removing waste from your body. By maintaining all these organs healthy through practicing authentic yoga techniques including asanas, breathing exercises/pranayama, meditation, etc you can keep these organs and systems clean and healthy so that elimination is done at the optimum level.

Next by eating and drinking proper healthy food you can reduce the production of excess toxins in your system. By eating wrong unhealthy food and eating excess food more toxins are produced in the body.
