Prevention is better than cure. They teach yoga therapy mainly to prevent diseases. 80 percent of the modern-day diseases are mind and lifestyle-related psychosomatic diseases. The root cause or risk factors for most of these diseases are mental stress and an unhealthy modern-day lifestyle. By preventing these risk factors, you can prevent diseases.
