Krishna Raja, master teacher in meditation and yoga has been teaching meditation for the last 20 years. He started practicing meditation and traditional Indian mindfulness yoga at the age of 8 under the guidance of his uncle. Later in his life he studied and researched the ancient scriptures of meditation, yoga, Buddhism, Hinduism and other related subjects in India, Nepal and Thailand.
