Born and raised in a traditional yogic family in south India Swamy Vedalok holds a masters degree in Sanskrit and yoga philosophy. He carried his meditation practices for four years at multiple places as a Sanyasa-mendicant.
Shubham is an inspiring teacher of Himalayan Yoga Dham and devotee of Swami Ram of The Himalayas. Shubham learned yoga in Rishikesh and holds masters in yoga philosophy. His unique style is a blend of the traditions he has studied and practiced including Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Anusara through which he was first trained as a teacher. He is one of the famous Hatha yoga teachers in Rishikesh.
Born and brought up in the spiritual family of Rishikesh, Pooja started learning yoga when she was just 10 years old under the guidance of His Holiness Swami Veda Bharti. Pooja holds a masters degree in psychology and teaching yoga anatomy from last five years. Passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others, she is known to use both the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy and modern psychology to facilitate deep self-inquiry and transformation for her students.

Wonderful starting of my yoga journey, The instructors were highly knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate the warm welcome and the purity of the place and people, Asthanga and hatha class was very organized for beginners and intermediate people, pranayama and meditation sessions were great and very deepening.
