All guests will be accommodated in the resort built with bio degradable materials. Airy, with porch, giving students enough privacy. Each cottage is twin bedded shared by students. There is a continuous supply of hot water, wifi in the rooms and daily housekeeping on request. On the premises, there is an organic vegan restaurant, well known for its varieties of vegan and vegetarian salads, smoothies, juices and more.

Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

This 200-hour yoga teacher training extends over four weeks in the tranquil location of Goa, India. Here, you will study in an environment that promotes concentration, inspiration, and excellence. Hailed as one of India’s best yoga teacher training program, the course includes everything from advanced physical postures, to helping in overcoming your mental limitations.

You will discover the benefits of pure Satvik yogic food which will be provided throughout the course. With your highly trained teachers, serene tropical location, and the optimized environment, you can expect to make rapid progress toward your goal of becoming a qualified yoga teacher.

You will be introduced to all the basic styles of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flow. Once you have completed the 200-hour training, you will have a good idea of the advanced areas you want to explore. Your understanding of the vast concept of yoga will begin to take shape. You will have new purpose in life to teach, learn, and unlearn.

This training is specifically designed for students who already have a basic knowledge of yoga and want to develop a deeper understanding and mastery of the mind, leading to self-realization through this beautiful spiritual practice.

For four weeks, this 200-hour program immerses you in yoga, its philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, Ayurveda, and yogic diet. It is very well structured to help a student understand the basic foundation of yoga to build a strong base in order to begin the journey as yoga teacher. The classical approach to yoga gives out students a direct insight to what yoga actually is all about.

Your course is based on the four paths of yoga that will touch and rediscover the subtle part of being a student. These four weeks will showcase all the dimension and the vast expansion of yoga understood and practiced in the east. This certification in Goa ensures great learning experiences in a beautiful tropical location.

This satisfies the very reason why a student wants to travel from around the globe to India to seek this traditional root knowledge of yoga passed down by the ancient yogis through their intense meditation and sadhana. Throughout the course, the four paths of yoga is entwined along with the precious knowledge of the yoga sutras of Patanjali. This opens a seeker, a student to the vast philosophy of yoga preparing him or her to pass on this methodology called yoga to their future students.

Students will be encouraged to teach peers during the second week of the course. This will start by teaching each other on group basis initially. You will then proceed to device and deliver your own lesson plans individually. Your teachers will provide tools and key instructions necessary to improve your teaching skills every week. This would eventually facilitate you to prepare your yoga class and your final practical.

Your last week will be the most memorable part of the course as you will showcase all your capability and everything that you have learnt throughout the course. Participating and providing valuable feedback in the classes conducted by the peers and teachers makes a student fully confident and ready to teach after the certification. Sonam is the founder and director of Himalayan Yoga Bliss. Her aim is to make yoga teacher training reachable to everyone in order to help students from various backgrounds and cultures from all around the world to experience the mystical powers of the Himalayas and the inspiration it has bestowed upon yogis for centuries. She is a certified E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 yoga instructor who likes to connect the eastern philosophies of yoga to the contemporary west.
Saravanan teaching is very dynamic as he guides and encourages his students to appreciate their body, its power, and limitations. His warm and helpful nature empathizes his students to achieve proper alignment, health, mental, and spiritual benefits. His teaching style is based on the teachings of various Indian masters and his own practice as he travels teaching and learning around the world.
Emma trained as a yoga teacher with the International Sivananda organisation in Vietnam and she trained as a Children’s Yoga teacher with Rainbow Kids Yoga in London. She completed her Ayurveda therapist training with Dr Vinod at the Ayuskama Ayurveda and Panchakarma Centre in India. Emma has worked closely with the International Indian Film Awards for events in Macau, India and Sri Lanka. In 2011, she returned to India to teach yoga and write a weekly yoga column for The Hindustan Times, a national newspaper
From a very early age, Vishnuji started visiting ashrams, temples, and monasteries.There, he came across the profound understanding and teachings of the Indian philosophy, Vedas, and the origins of the traditional Hatha yoga and its contemporary techniques. His quest for reality taught him many things and experience life as a beautiful universal experience. A charming and dedicated yogi, Vishnuji’s humor is full of life, making his classes very lively and fun. Being a very natural teacher, his deep array of philosophy comes from his very love for yoga, the universe, and its divine existence.
Rakesh is a natural orator and awarded Acharya of Yoga. He started practicing yoga from a very early age, and was further drawn to the practice thereafter. After visiting many ashrams learning and teaching under various gurus, yoga became his only way of life. He is a teacher who presents the intricate yoga philosophy and its practice in a simple, down-to-earth, and humorous manner. His lectures are based on the four classical paths of yoga as well as his own spiritual experiences and understanding of the yogic path.

The training is held in a scenic location of southern Goa surrounded by beautiful trees and jungle, away from the chaos and the hustle bustle of the highly touristic area. It is perfect for an enthusiast who would like to explore this beautiful place and the most sought after spot in India. The center is located just a five minutes ride away from one of the most beautiful and idyllic beaches, Agonda beach.

Known for its serenity, calming energy, and its clean three kilometers long beach, Agonda is a small fishing village with beautiful friendly locals, delicious food, and a very ideal place for someone looking to practice yoga.
