Certifications

Students who complete their training before 31 December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

How the training works

This course contains 150 contact hours with pre-recorded classes on each topic of each subject with a clear explanation and demonstration from great teachers, 20 elective hours of assignments, and 30 non-contact hours of self-practice.

At the end of the course, teachers will take a live one-on-one one-hour live exam, in which you have to perform asana’s asked by the teacher and answer the questions. You will have lifetime access to all the classes. It is very useful for every yoga practitioner whether you want to learn for yourself or to become a good teacher. You can join the course at any time to start it. This is a self-paced yoga course where you get a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of three months to complete the course.
