Students who complete their training before 31 December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

How the training works

The course consists of 72 contact hours for live sessions with pre-recorded videos via Facebook, eight elective hours of assignment, and 20 non-contact hours of self-practice.

At the end of the course, the teacher will take a live one-on-one one-hour live exam in which you have to perform asanas asked by the teacher and answer the questions. You will have access to the panel for all classes and pre-recorded sessions at any time.

It is very useful for every yoga practitioner whether you want to learn for yourself or to become a good teacher.

Course information

The course includes pre-recorded & live yoga sessions on each topic of each subject with a clear explanation and demonstration from great teachers. You can play all the classes even at low internet speed and it is a completely real learning experience to your space and a great opportunity for you to complete 100 hours yoga course at a very reasonable price with one of the top yoga schools of Rishikesh. The 100-hour yoga course is part of the 200-hour yoga course.

It is for those who do not want to complete the 200 hours in one time so Himalayan Yoga Association gives them an option to complete 200 hours in two parts, first semester and second semester. After completing the first 100 hours, you can join them any time to complete the second 100-hour program to get the certification of 200 hours certified yoga teacher training course which makes you able to teach anywhere in the world as a Himalayan Yoga Association certified yoga teacher.

In case if you would like to complete the second 100 hours in school premises instead of online at Himalayan Yoga Association, they are giving you that option too. You can choose whether you want to do the second 100-hour course online or offline.

Once you complete your first 100-hour online teacher training program, you can join them any time for your second 100-hour online program so that you can complete the whole 200 hours.
